Two slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese. You call that a deli sandwich? They should change the name to cheap-skate sandwiches. Then, my wife orders a sandwich bowl — meaning no bread, just a plastic bowl. Lower carbs and fewer calories. For that you pay $ 2 extra. Really? The shop saves money and charges more. Never mind! Never going here again.

We like two Subways that are close to us and go often. This location always has freshest bread with a charming and friendly staff. The location is perfect, big windows, bright, inside and outside tables, breakfast choices and always a good sandwich experience. Discount tires is two doors down, another of my favorites, and this is a great place to wait for your tires. My wife likes the veggie sub. I usually get the Italian B.M.T but also like the Subway Club signature sandwich. Fresh, clean and the staff always wears gloves while putting together your choices on the sandwich. Love it.

They lie to their customers. I came in to get a 6″ steak and a 6″ tuna. My steak sandwich looked pathetic. They said they would add more meat to your sandwich. Its a lie. They couldnt even meet the standard. The steaks you get for your 6″ cheese steak sandwich just like half the small box. They thrown in just a little bit of veggies and even that little can totally cover your meat(check my picture). Go somewhere else guys. Anywhere. To get a better $ 5+ subs !

Subway is awful. From Jarod molesting kids, to chemical ingredients in the bread, to my experience at this store on Mission Gorge with rude service, brown avocado. I don’t know what the heck possessed me to eat at this place.

Stopped by Saturday afternoon, 19 Oct, to pick up a footlong for an upcoming evening event. Perla assisted my in assembling the sandwich. Friendly, sense of humor, we joked while she asked how I wanted it. I needed one-half with no condiments; she provided the small packages for the other person to apply. For my half with my selected condiments, she clearly marked the wrapper with my name. Professional, fast, efficient, she had my sandwich quickly assembled and ready to go. Subway counter/interior was clean and neat, no trash or food residue on the tables. I will be back again. Way to go Perla!!!

Ok, subway just got cheap on me. I paid 6 dollars for the finest salad. I think there was one small handful on spinach in this container. Should have just gone to souplatation to get an unlimited amount. A little disappointed.

I go here all the time. The ladies are super friendly and actually remember what I usually order — its pretty impressive. Friendly people and consistent service and food!!! This is my «go to» when I «forget» my lunch at home!!!

I come here very often since it’s near my place. We all know how it tastes, but the staff at this location is very very friendly, so I thought it deserved a review.

Okay so normally I don’t have a issue with subway and normally I don’t go to this one. But I had some things going on at the hospital had to fast for a test and needed to eat quick. One employee was training a new employee I think I actually had more patients with the new employee than the subway employees. SAD… Well my big issue is out of all the subways that I have been to when you order avocado on a foot long it’s half the avocado for 2 bucks the price is a total rip off all around but paying 2 bucks for a 4th of an avocado is just ridiculous. The chick put things on my sandwich that I had not asked for and the tomatoes had been frozen or where really old considering that they were mushy and sticking together…

I come here very regularly for lunch during work. I’m usually greeted promptly and food is handled well. The tables and floor need to be cleaned more often!!! I am a general manager myself and understand the dynamic of many people serving consumers in close proximity. Raquel the assistant manager is very friendly to the customer in front of her but seriously lacks leaderships skills. She had become very rude a few times to the employees around her, even on different occasions. I feel this may be leading to your cleanliness issues.

As Subway’s go, this location usually has above average service staff but is limited by below average and downright challenging parking. Let’s face it, Subway’s peak hours surround the lunch period. This branch is in a small strip mall anchored by Soup Plantation and also populated by some other fast food places. The lunch period in the small lot reminds me of watching bumper cars at an amusement park. When I visit this Subway location I make sure to be there by 10am or risk being trapped in lunchtime parking lot gridlock. Too bad about the parking situation because the service is usually better than average at this location.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner a few nights ago. We came around 9 ‘o’clock and from previous experiences, we expected to feel rushed and unwelcome. This experience was the total opposite. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Our sandwiches were carefully handled by true sandwich artists. These employees actually care about what your food looks like. My boyfriend wanted soup with his meal, but unfortunately they didn’t have much left. I appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to scrap what was left at the bottom. The manager offered to make more if we wanted to wait a few minutes which was a nice gesture. We decided to get cookies instead and she threw those in for free because they didn’t have what he had wanted. What great customer service! I’m so glad this location understands what the subway experience should be.

It’s Subway… +Food is good. –Radio a bit loud and a little too heavy. —I hate sitting in Subway. EVERYTIME the door opens, «Welcome to Subway»… is yelled by the staff. Oh yeah! I’m at Subway! It’s disruptive to have to continually hear the poor staff repeat the same line over and over. Surely it haunts their sleep. I die a little every time I hear them say it. How soul crushing it must be to work minimum wage and be forced to say«welcome to Subway» over and over again. I deducted a star for this. This is one place that is so cheap I don’t mind being nickeled and dimed for small extras. That’s an accomplishment.

Best service i’ve ever had at a subway, and considering it’s a major chain I was astonished they even remembered me.

In my opinion, all subways are the same so this applies to all subways I have visited here in San Diego. It is subway. If you aren’t familiar with this chain, let me introduce you to Jared who claims to have lost a bunch of weight eating here. I hardly doubt that considering the vegetable options are sub par and they have a vast assortment of oils and mayos that can be splurted onto thick unhealthy breads. With that said, they are great for kids meals with out feeling the guilt of fast food. It comes with a pretty good size milk and apples. Their flat breads are tasty but still lacking any true nutritional value.

I’m giving this location 4 stars because there service was pretty darn quick. I came in at lunch time rush hour and almost walked out because of the line, but them I noticed it go down quick. Sandwhich was good too. The sub of the month of march is the buffalo chicken.

I don’t really like this subway, too many people come here because it’s in a very convienient area, the service was ehh… and they don’t really fill up your sub the way you want it, the foot long breads seem THINNER and not so great as opposed to the other one I usually go too. I just won’t be coming back here, the space is too small for too many people that come here, AND they share a parking spot with souplanation AND toro’s sushi, so your bet would be to get this stuff TOGO!
