I planned my own wedding completely. There were a few days before the ceremony and I realizedI needed some jewelry. I was already at Fashion Valley Mall, so decided to stop in.
The sales girl was very helpful. I was alone and had no clue, how to accessorize for my wedding.
I ended up not wearing what I purchased that day,…
A necklace and stud earrings, which came to a little over $ 200. When I tried to teturn the jewelry, in original, protective packaging, she said she could only give a store credit.
I have never shopped here before and wouldn’t again. I asked if she could at least split the amount up into gift cards. I figured Christmas gifts for a few nieces. She said no sorry. I explained that about half of our wedding gifts had been stolen during our wedding reception, and we really needed the cash or credit back to my card for wedding bills. She said no and didn’t seem to care at all :(
I left so hurt and upset. How can people be so heartless?!!

Last Christmas my boyfriend bought me the «rare ring» from here. It was so sparkly and pretty at first. However, after three times wearing it with light use, 5 of the 20 crystals have fallen out. That shouldn’t happen with an $ 80 ring. $ 10 jewelry from Forever 21 hold ups better than this! I feel bad for asking for such expensive junk. Their return policy is strict and you must have original receipt and packaging. Even if it does get replaced why would I want to keep going back each time I wear it? The ladies in the shop were not pushy which was the only good thing about this experience.

I give the store a 3 because I love their jewelry but hate their service. The assistant manager of this location is very rude and condescending. I walked in here trying to exchange a bracelet my mom bought from here. She was never given a receipt so I was just going in to exchange for a different color. I walked in with this intention and was told my mom’s bracelet was worn and scratched, even when it still had the tag and sticker on it. The assistant manager then told me it was a fake and was from Mexico, when this particular assistant manager helped my mom in the first place and failed to give her a receipt. I brought in my mom to talk to them and the assistant manager told the store manager that she didn’t say any of that but she told us to talk to the store manager. Back tracking is one way to piss a customer off. Good job.

Garbage jewelry. I bought a ring for my wife and after a couple months the stones fell out. I went to location and they only offered me % 10 off a new one. Joke. Every jewelry store will replace even real diamonds if it happens that soon. I got another one and the same thing happened. I will never go here ever again. Jewelry is supposed to last a long time. Its not supposed to be in a dumpster within six months.

Came here to get my wife a necklace and earrings for our anniversary. The girls there were really nice and didn’t pressure me to get anything in particular, but were available if I needed help.
A Swarovski crystal is not a diamond. I’m sure you already knew this! However, the amount of bling and the quality of their jewelry is very nice. The price matches what you get. I’m pretty happy about what I got for her and I also caught their pre-​V day deal, so that made coming here that much sweeter!
Once she saw what I got her, her heart melted and she loved it! Thanks Swarovski for helping a brother out!

I only give them one star because I have to, but this location deserves no stars! I work at Fashion Valley mall and was completely floored when two Sundays in a row I walked in with the intention of purchasing two pieces of jewelry that I fell in love with to wear on my wedding day and both times I walked out feeling defeated. It wasn’t that I received bad service, I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY!!! NOT EVEN A GREETING!!! Not even a «hi we’ll be with you in just a moment». It’s really sad that I want to spend my money there, but apparently they don’t need my business. That’s great, because they lost it. This company really needs to retrain their salespeople to treat all customers with respect and at least acknowledge them when they walk though the doors. I’m sure I can find something that looks like the «angelic» set elsewhere

I love Swarovski! I think they have great designs and are pretty affordable. You can get a pair of sparkling, gorgeous earrings for about $ 100 here.
I came to this store desperately looking for the sold out model I saw on Swarovski website. They were some stunning emerald earrings that I wanted to buy for my mom as a gift. They didn’t have them, but the sales person was so sweet and understanding of me absolutely falling in love with the ones I saw and made a couple of phone calls to other local Swarovski’s, and even to the one in LA. Unfortunately these other stores didn’t have them, but her effort was greatly appreciated.
Overall it’s a great jewelry shopping experience. The store is not too big, the jewelry is very nicely displayed and the sales people here let you try out as many styles as your heart desires.
