Great place for a lunch on the run. Decent prices for us poor folk haha and they offer a military discount which is fantastic! Kudos Taco Bell for supporting our military with great and cheap fast food!

I come here on my 15 or lunch sometimes and I always order the same thing.
The chicken burrito with grilled chicken and a sprite lol. And what can we say? It’s Taco Bell! You’re getting American style tacos etc.
Whenever I come there is always someone nice to help me and I get my food super fast.

When it comes to eating fast food chains like Taco Bell I’m not expecting very high-​quality your fancy food when I’m more looking for is great customer service. As I come to the end of my day I originally wanted to look for a happy hour spot. But as I had up an early start to my morning the next day, I decided to pick up something fast. Which brought me to this Taco Bell location in Scripps Ranch which is a very nice location. Upon ordering I still needed time to look at the menu and order taker was very patient. As I gave my order and ask for recommendations The order taker enthusiastically gave me recommendations and continue to list until I found something that I would like. In the manner that he did the recommendations was what I was most impressed as he was patient and tone of voice was definitely not rude. So congrats the night crew continue what you’re doing and keep up the great attitude!

I hate to be that person. But here I go
I don’t usually eat fast food, let alone leave reviews. However, this isn’t about the food, I mean come on, it’s a food chain restaurant. what can I expect from the food. It’s more about the lack of customer service & care. I always order the same thing at Taco Bell, steak nacho cheese chalupas or steak quesadilla. The Scripps Taco Bell especially sucks at getting your oder right. 4 times, 4 times I have gotten my order wrong & I’m like, seriously? You have ONE JOB, you work at a freakin Taco Bell, GET IT TOGETHER. I don’t know if these kids are stoned while they’re working, but if you’re going to work high, at least get it right.
Anyways, I ordered 2 nacho cheese chalupas… NACHO CHEESE chalupas, & they gave me sour cream chalupas. I’m highly allergic to sour cream & this is the 3^rd time they made the same exact mistake. absolutely no nacho cheese, just a huge nasty glob of disgusting sour cream. I won’t charge them for serving me something that could possibly kill me.
I called their manager & spoke to Naomi. She apologized & was very genuine. I didn’t call to complain & cry for a free meal. I called to let them know so next time, they can be more tough on their new workers. You got 1 job, at the easiest job to get & work at, get your sh*t together. Next time, I’m suing the sh*t out of them. Such a small tiny thing, but I honestly ignored it long enough. Nothing is more irritating than getting home to a f*cked up food order that you paid for. Because everyone has the time & patience for that right? Ugh

this establishment is ran by kids… i was ordering my food and the girl at the intercom just suddenly starts laughing like no tomorrow and cut off the intercom. roll up to the window to grab my food and just saw the guy opens the window and a tower of soda cups all fell to the grown and they all start laughing. im wondering if they picked one right off the ground and poured my soda at this rate. anyways fast food joints are ran by high school kids earning a quick buck and messing around in the back kitchen creating their own stoney masterpiece. i hope they threw away those cups!!!

Every time I work at the location close to this place I always have to stop. This place is really clean and spotless. The food comes out real quick and it tastes delicious. The only reason I have it a four is because they don’t have red fanta drink which is one of my top favorites. But besides that this placebos really good I think it has to do because of the location and also mostly because of their employees they are really nice and they look like they have fun where they work

Only used the drive through recently to try the new breakfast menu items (breakfast crunchwrap and waffle taco). While the line was efficient enough and the food tasted ok as far as fast food breakfasts go I really did not feel well for an hour after I ate it. In all fairness I do not eat fast food that often anymore and I may just not accustomed to it anymore, so it really could be that. Anyway, the crunchwrap breakfast is better.

Consistently polite and food is always put together right. Haven’t had a single complaint about this location.

Hoping that the Cool Ranch Doritos taco would just as majestic as the Nacho Cheese Dorritos taco, my coworkers and I came here for lunch. The Taco Bell location itself is fairly clean inside and has ample inside seating.
Things ordered:
Cantina Salad — Overall disappointing. Small and severely lacking in lettuce and nonexistent chicken.
Cool Ranch Doritos taco — I feel like there’s too many things going on here. There are lots of competing flavors which are good in their own right but don’t compliment each other. The Nacho Cheese Doritos taco is better.
Mountain Dew Freeze — Because I love Mountain Dew I got suckered into going back and buying this after I saw the sign. I guess it’s supposed to be like some kind of Mountain Dew flavored Icee but it didn’t taste like Mountain Dew at all. In fact it didn’t taste like much, just lightly sugared water.

The worst location ever. I had several bad experience in this location, unfortunately, it’s the only one near my house. Once went through drive-​thru and no one helped me for couple of minute and I drove away. Another time, I went inside and they keep messing up the orders when it wasn’t busy?! Couple of weeks ago, I had a mexican pizza and found a big piece of plastic wrapper. I showed it to the manager and she didn’t even say sorry. She took the food off my hand and walked away. I should have took a picture of that wrapper and send it to the corporate. I filed several complaints about that location and no one bother to contact me to address problems

Visited this Taco Bell after a long day of school. I was pretty impressed for a fast food restaurant! The service was quick and friendly, and my food (chicken burrito) came out fairly quick. I LOVE x4 the fire sauce with this burrito. I will definitely be back for more to try out new things such as that delicious looking XXL nachos!

Usually good service, but not today

I love Taco Bell and this one knows how to make my beefy crunch burrito. All the ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the whole burrito unlike some places where all the sour cream and fritos are stuck on one side! I hate that! Thank you for making my burrito perfect.

Very clean inside and out…
This location is In the town of Scripps Ranch so everybody is usually friendly and you can feel real safe eating here, even at night.
Workers are friendly and clean-​cut.
Food is same ol Taco Bell, but i especially like the $ 5 box which comes with 5 items including a drink.
If I want to splurge i order the taco supremes, mexican pizza, and always the cinnamon twists.

I’ve been to this location several times and every time I go, the employees are super nice, congenial and the service is quick regardless of how busy it is.
The food taste freshly made nearly every time. I’ve had one of the best mexican pizzas I’ve ever had (Taco Bell-​wise) at this location.
I know expectations can be low for fast food drive-​thru restaurants, especially Taco Bell, so I couldn’t help but rave about this location :)
