Our family has investment properties from coast to coast and I interviewed five property management companies in SD to find one that could deliver the results we expect. The Equity Group provided the best presentation, issued realistic year over year expectations and showed how they separate themselves from the traditional property management company.
In our case, we have 60+ units and can honestly say that a finger is never lifted by us when it comes to dealing with the daily procedures with property management and we have yet to receive an undesirable tenant through their screening process. We have been using their service for almost a year now and they have coordinated all the repairs, rehabilitations/​landscaping, cleanings and legal notices AT COST!!! This was a huge issue we dealt with in the past with management companies «up charging».
The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have any questions on the billings, repair expenses and tenant searching, their staff and Jordan responded to my question promptly (mostly within a day). We are very glad to have hired The Equity Group and would recommend them to any other investment property owner.
