Every time I come here these idiots always fuck up my order. Nothing is ever fresh fries are old burgers taste like shit!

The drive thru took 15 minutes to get through. No straw for my drink. Screw this place

Stopped here for lunch today, haven’t had JITB in over a year, since I moved to Atlanta, GA. Missed their tacos. Food was exactly what was expected. Service was fast, we will be back now that So Cal is my home!

Bacon Fail on my sourdough Jack, I could see it if most of their sandwiches didn’t have bacon but the opposite is true; what gives Jack?

I went through the drive thru and my order was cold and I had the code for the free curly fries and Marline said, «you had to do tell her before you got to the window». I think that’s poor service.

Well we ended up coming back this time we sat inside. The service was good our food was correct the restaurant is clean management got on top of it and fixed our issues I have no complaints good job guys!

The food here is decent at best, but has the worst track record when getting your entire order correct. Literally every single time I’ve been here, they’ve forgotten something and tonight was no exception.
Ordered a bunch of tacos and some burgers with fries when I figured, «hey tonight might be different, maybe they got everything right.» Damn was I wrong.
When I got home, half the tacos were missing, plus my large curly fries. Ended up having to drive all the way back to complain.

Its Fast Food, what more do ya want! :) The customer service was A-​ok, and I used the drive thru, so I have NO idea what the dining room looks like. I like cheap tacos… :D

So I live in the area and I’ve been to this Jack in the box as a kid and now more times than I can count. The past year or so I don’t frequent coming to this location because I’ve gotten food poisoning from their food 3 different times including last night after I ate there. I’ve been up since 5am puking and can’t go bck to sleep. Step your cleanliness up Jack. Its time. I don’t suggest making a pit stop here any time soon.

JUST GOT 2 TACOS FOR 99 CENTS. Acutaully 4 LOL. Best thing to get after a long night. Ok check it out, next time you go to jack in the box get 6 tacos because you know your going to eat 2 on the way home and then you rbuddy that said he didnt want anything will eat 2 and then your done. no tacos when you get home. We ate at this Jack in the Box last night…
Terri was in the mood for Jack in the Box last night… so off we went. This is not the Jack in the Box that is closest to our home, the one off of Foothill in Pomona is, but that one is not very nice, so we do not go there.
This store is clean, the employees are nice, and it is well lit.
When we got there the place was basically empty. The lobby was clean and the girl taking our order was pleasant. When we arrived we noticed a Bonus Jack combo special so we both ordered that. Terri was asked if she wanted curly fries and she said yes. She was a bit upset when she looked at the receipt later to find they upcharged her, as she was never told this would be the case.
It took quite a while to get our food. This was surprising as the really was not anyone there. But, the food arrived hot, and it was tasty.
I would go here again.

I really don’t know I keep coming back here. They always mess up something on our order… every time. The staff is nice enough, but they are kinda out to lunch. Too early in the AM for them? Perhaps, but I’ve stopped here in the afternoon with the same results. I really need to go somewhere else. Heaven knows why I keep coming back…

Of the two near my house, this is the further location. I’ve never had horrible service here, but I’ve had some lackluster service. Most of the time it’s pretty good. The drive through is pretty quick. The exterior of this location is pretty dimly lit, a little scary when you think about it. I’ll be back though.

Typical Jack in the Box. Just had their Deli Trio which I did not like. I usually get their Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

This is the Jack in the Box I typically go to since it’s just down the street from me. They are very inconsistent with their service, but it’s getting better. The food is always hot (which is a MAJOR plus, because some JitB are known for cold food), the staff is usually pretty friendly and the drive though doesn’t take as long as it used to. They are on the up and up.

Oh how I miss thee! tacos dipped in ranch… chicken sandwich with hot sauce. mMmMMm =p I gave this up for Lent last year and I havent really gone back since =) almost one year ago! woohooo. Yummy fast food, but it was making me chubbers!
Drive thru line can get long (mornings or fri/​sat nights), but quick and efficient. so long JITB! =/
