My son’s favorite clothing store. He always find what he’s looking for here. They have very stylish, young and trendy fashions.
The store is usually clean and well organized which makes it easy to shop and navigate through.
The sales people are very helpful.

Was looking to build a skateboard so I picked zumiez and what a great choice it was. I had a employee named Taylor he was so informed and helped me build a good board. He made the experience amazing. Your the man Taylor keep rocking zumiez as I rock these independent trucks on my board.

The staff were so helpful today! My boyfriend bought me snowboarding pants which didn’t end up fitting, so I needed to exchange them. Unfortunately, the women’s pants that matched my set weren’t available, but the associate was able to help me find a pair that would match and they helped me find socks too.
I was grateful as I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to snowboarding gear. So helpful and happy!

Nice shop but extremely rude staff. Manager was standing by register sharing stories with co worker not helping anyone on the floor. Manager on duty was super rude and unprofessional.

I went there on Monday evening around 6:30pm Worst customer service. Very disrespectful Rude manager on duty. I stopped by to purchase few things for myself. There were 2 guys just standing around sharing stories. Not helping anyone.

At the topanga location specifically, the customer service is always on point. The sales associates are all young and friendly, they’re always willing to give honest opinions. There are pretty good deals as well. I always have a good experience.

The clothes are not for me. They’re mainly for the hubby, and my son who is obsessed with socks. That being said, cate is freaking awesome! She’s so helpful and attentive, and super patient with cranky kids. Will be returning.

Zumiez has a pretty cool selection of clothes, skateboards and accessories. Customer service here is excellent. Taylor is awesome! We’ll definitely be going back to this store.

The salespeople are nice and helpful. It’s a little pricey and their womens’ section is crap, but it’s good if you’re shopping for a dude. They carry a lot of shoes and there’s usually a salesperson there to get you a certain size.
And James probably shouldn’t be reviewing this place since he works/worked here and that’s against ToS :)
