Eva has been increasingly helpful from my first visit with her. She went out of her way to ensure the maintenance items were taken care of and the ad was exactly what I wanted. We collaborated over wording and pictures, making sure each detail was just right. Her continued customer service and patience is just what I needed when we came across speed bumps later on. She was instrumental in getting everything ready for my short term rental.

Advent Properties was a blessing in disguise.
I enlisted Advent Properties, for both property management and real estate on two properties (San Francisco and Walnut Creek), as a trustee in a family dispute. Advent was extremely professional, empathetic/​personable, resourceful, and diligent in expediting the workflow.
On the property management side, Benjamin and his team, were able to get all the lease documents up to date, worked closely with the tenants to identify needs/​concerns, insured grounds were well kept, and utilized their financial team to manage rental income and deposit reimbursement. Ultimately, Benjamin was able to put this property on the market, and sold it for a significant profit.
As for the second property, both Benjamin and Agusia, helped keep the sale on track, despite ongoing and unnecessary hurdles external to their agency, for optimal sale even towards the end of the season. The sale of the home was not easy to say the least, but Benjamin was conscientious in keeping contacts available at a moments notice.

We have known the owner Benjamin for more than 20 years and have always been impressed by his work ethics and his drive. He has always done everything in his power to make sure that we were well taken care of and that our affairs were in order.
His professionalism and guidance have saved us a lot of trouble (not to mention money) and we very much enjoy and appreciate his honest, direct and no-​nonsense approach. Very refreshing.
He clearly knows his stuff and applies a no-​nonsense approach that may not work for everyone but it certainly does for us. No surprises, no oops I forgot. In our experience, he will always do the right thing even if it means that it costs him out of pocket — and yes, we have seen that happen.

I just had a wonderful experience working with Advent Properties to handle the rental of my condo in the SF Financial District.
They were referred to me by another large landlord in Oakland that uses them exclusively and mentioned that Advent recently opened an office in SF. There weren’t any SF review for them at the time, but I felt comfortable after reading numerous positive reviews under their Oakland office, and decided to give them a try.
Although I’m a licensed real estate agent and have handled leasing many of my rentals in the past, I felt that due to my busy travel schedule I should hire a leasing agent this time. The owner Benjamin, and his leasing agent Trimaine did a very thorough job from photographing my condo, preparing online flyers, coordinating the showings, screening the applicants, through lease signing and tenant move-​in. Being a control freak, I appreciated their constant communication, providing me feedback throughout the process. Best of all, after researching my area, they advised me to ask for a higher rent than I had initially targeted, and they got it! I would definitely use Advent Properties to handle other properties of mine in the future!

My husband and I worked with William when renting our house in Daly City. William was extremely professional and helpful and the whole process was smooth. Advent Properties has been great to deal with. They offer the option to pay rent and make maintenance requests online, which is a great convenience. Overall, our experience with both the rental property and Advent has been nothing but positive.
