I saw Dr. Haessler on Monday of this week. They were squeezing me in, so I had to wait a little, but it was worth it. The receptionist was very nice, and greeted me in a pleasant way. Dr. Haessler is compassionate, kind, gentle and very professional. I was«as nervous as a witch», as my grandmother would say. But Dr. Haessler put me at ease. I won’t say it was a thrill to have this kind of exam, but it wasn’t nearly as horrible as I had thought it would be. Dr. Haessler was very thorough, and I felt I was in good hands. Her assistant,(I’m not sure of her title) Mae, was a gem. She was so kind. I know she must have been tired, as it was the end of the day, but she was cheerful and helpful and very very nice. Dr. Haessler’s practice gets my unqualified recommendation.

Let me preface by saying I did not receive treatment from Dr. Haessler. However, I was referred to her by a friend. I had questions about another medical procedure and was looking for specific medical guidance. She telephoned me back to discuss my concerns, and she also helped to facilitate necessary procedures for me. She was overwhelmingly helpful, competent and compassionate. Something that is sometimes lacking in the medical profession. For a doctor to be so helpful to a person who is not her patient, she was remarkable. In this capacity, Dr. Haessler is as good as any doctor gets!

I was referred to Dr. Haessler from my primary GYN and have never received such thoughtful and attentive from a provider in my medical care history. My first appointment included a personalized medical history intake with Dr. Haessler in a comforting office space; I did not feel rushed or taken for granted. She paid attention to all the concerns and questions I raised and provided lots of resources. Follow-up to my appointment has also been thorough and timely. I’ve been able to speak with her over the phone and always feel confident about the care and information I receive. This is certainly a case of health service with the patient-centered care. Bravo!
