Stellar customer service! Tell me, in this day and age, who takes the time and care to send a thank you note?! Sales Manager Ana Ortiz does thats who. This is the mark of total quality. Thank you for a great shopping experience! Hard to find sunglasses that i get tons of compliments on i could only find in San Francisco over an hour drive away from me…1 call to Ana and she fixed me right up! They arrived via fedex a short time later. Wahoo! Sooo glad to have a spare of my hard to get glasses. Very pleased with Brighton SF. Thank you again Ana! ps i am neither«an old lady» nor a «granny» Im in my forties and Brighton has some distinctive and unique pieces.

I can’t STAND this store: Everything is horribly over-priced generi-junk from China, the jewelry always reminds me of cheap David Yurman knock-offs, the purses are frumpy old lady bags for many hundreds of dollars, and the«home décor» items are all hideously tacky, reminiscent of the crap on that show«Donna Decorates Dallas»(seriously, if you want to see the Decline of Western Civilization up-close-and-personal, google and watch that show!). The most insulting part, to me, as an experienced shopper, is that the«fashion» jewelry(or what my mom aptly refers to as «junk jewelry») is high-priced…and yet at best, it’s silver-PLATED. Yet you’ll often pay prices that one might shell out for REAL100% 925 silver jewelry! This offends my inner shopper on so many levels. In defense of this store, the staff who works there has always been friendly to me when I’ve been dragged in there by a fashion-illiterate friend, so there’s that. That’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1: good service always warrants at least one extra star! But seriously? There’s NOTHING in this store that inspires me to take my wallet out and buy it!

I used to love Brighton. Now the relationship has tarnished. Literally. Some of my necklaces have turned in ways quality jewelry just should not. When I went to the store and showed them, they said it must be something about my skin or perfume and they did not provide a warranty against such discoloration!!! Also, on a different occassion the manager refused to give me a refund, even though I had the receipt and it was a recent, unworn purchase, because my husband had purchased the item and he was not with me to show his ID and credit card. Yow. Dark Ages. Bad vibes. All of their Brighton hearts can’t make up for offending customers and having shoddy quality. Not at their inflated prices.

LOVE the Brighton Collection. Unique jewelry and accesories. The artistic treatment and details transform the ordinary into something amazing. I would love to meet the designers.

Please don’t laugh at me for shopping at this typically Old Lady haunt. My mom(who is an old lady but looks like a young, hot superstar, hi mom!) loves this stuff. I can never go wrong with a gift from Brighton. My granny digs it too. Please go to Brighton right now and buy me the Anthea bag. It is in stock at this location and it can be yours(mine) for a mere $ 425. That’s the cost of love these days, and I will probably do just about anything you want short of bearing your children(I refuse to let something that will inevitably suck me dry and generally ruin my life for 18 years completely destroy my body). Ok… I might consider letting you knock me up. But only if you buy me this bag, gift wrap it, and deliver it to me in a timely manner. **Some of the jewelry is stuff I would consider wearing, too. But the shoes? I just threw up a little thinking about them.

It doesn’t matter how chubby my body may be, purses and earrings will always fit me. Here I buy handbags, belts, bracelets and more. Yay for accessories that won’t make you a wh0re! Brighton’s in Union Square and at Westfield, too I know it ain’t cheap, but neither are you. :D

The purses here are hideous, but they actually have nice jewlery. Not all of it, a lot of it is that crap with hearts and swirls, but in a few peices it works, and it is pretty reasonably priced.($ 20– $ 200) All the jewlery is sterling silver. Great customer service too, espically for being in the Mall(San Francisco Shopping Centre). It’s a good alternative to a department store for jewlery. They also have nice business card/id cases cases.
