Dr. Chen is probably my favorite optometrist that I’ve ever seen. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in her examinations, and she explains what she is doing as she does it so you feel well-​informed throughout the process. She is also very friendly and down-​to-​earth and has fantastic «bedside manner».

Dr Julie is as thorough as a doctor can be. She does keep pictures & metrics of your previous visit to compare your results and checks absolutely everything. She makes me feel I am taken care of.

Dr. Chen is fabulous! She’s thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, really hears you, and gives you great care. Her staff is also quite friendly and the location is super convenient to both BART and MUNI. You have to be a little proactive in your follow-​up, but all in all, I’m so happy I found her.
