I shop here too much. It’s more like hanging at a friends house than a store. Except you pay them lol. Free beer video games and a couch to get buzzed on. I bring friends here to hang out.

My husband and brothers love their shorts. However, the customer service is beyond exasperating. The reply with cute and funny quips, along the lines of «customer service God» however it’s tough luck if something has run out, the wrong size is sent or its lost in the mail. Phoning them? Forget about it. It will ring and ring or go to a voicemail where the call is never returned. Buyer beware, it’s like rolling the dice here. You may get what you order, but if not, it’ll be a hassle getting a replacement or a refund.

Have not been to the store (recently learned one existed); however have bought two pairs of shorts and one shirt — love the product and the overall experience!
Have returned items and it couldn’t be easier! Everything online, print and refund within a few days.

I was so excited to see these shorts pop up on my Facebook page. I immediately ordered a pair and anxiously awaited their arrival. I made a mistake and put my old address as the shipping location, and after a week I called to see where they were. It was my mistake, and they assured me as soon as the shorts made it back to their store, they’d ship them to my correct address. A month and 4 days later, I still have not received the shorts. After 3 phone calls, 2⁄3 where I was treated like an idiot, I decided to get a refund. I asked why they couldn’t just ship me the shorts and keep the ones that were sent to my old address when they arrived at their store. This is what a company with excellent customer service would’ve done. They said no. Now, I’ll never order from Chubbies and that stinks b/​c you’ve got great shorts.

This place is awesome! Love dropping in here to check out the new shorts, play some NBA Jam, and have a beer on the couch. The quality and style of these shorts are great and they’ve now started to make shirts as well (I haven’t bought one yet, but they look pretty cool). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. It’s rare for me to enjoy a shopping experience (usually I try and stay online as much as possible), but these guys really make it a unique and special place.
