Service for quickly in this place is really slow it takes 10 – 15 minutes to make your order… there’s only one person who takes and makes your order… they should just name it SLOWSKY… they should hire another person to make orders i feel bad for the one person who works in this place…

DONOTEATHERE! I used to love going here especially because they serve Quickly. But my last visit changed that. I ordered 2 drinks and some food. Waited about 10 min saw my food come out and placed infront of the lady who took my order(she was on her phone playing a game). Waited 5 min until she got the hint. As I waited I saw 2MICERUNAROUNDINTHEEATINGAREAANDGLANCEDINTHEKICTHENTOFIND3MICERUNBACKANDFORTH! DISGUSTING! I then asked foR a refund only for her to say she could not. THENPAIDMEINHALFCASHANDHALFINQUARTERS. because she didnt’t have enough money! I def. Filed a complaint to the health dept.

I have to say that this place is good to eat Chinese food, and they sell smoothies as well and they are really good. If you do not like fried food or food with oil just tell them, they will make the food with no oil. I like to visit them because they are friendly and I usually customize my food, my preferred food is steamed vegetables and a little of steamed rice, they you add salt and spices as you like. Just to and take a look.

I ordered and picked up my food, but when I got home it wasn’t what I ordered. When I called to explain their mistake she couldn’t understand and thought I was ordering food. Final result I had to go back to the restaurant to get it replaced without even having them say sorry. Never going back!!!

Friendly 5 service only when the owner is there. The girls that work there, we’ll they need some tuning up. When I was there a child had to get up and grab himself some eating utensils, and some napkins, the girls there gave him a dirty look. At my table we had to get loud, to be noticed. I almost had to get up and serve my self s o me of that free tap water.

This is great chinese food for the post-college grad who still appreciates a greasy, salty, thick-sauced meal with meat that is fat-laden. I found the fried rice to be extremely salty, clay pot duck to be completely drenched in this sugary and salty sauce that took away from the taste of the duck. The wonton soup is great to gargle with if you have a sore throat.

Delicious food. Prompt delivery. A little skimpy on the prawns in the chow fun, otherwise would given another star. I like the fact that you can order milk tea off the menu and will deliver.

I had waited over an hour having already and despite having checked back with them once after 50 mins they called me to say they hadn’t started my order yet and did I mind waiting another 30 mins, taking the wait to 1.5hrs. I gave up and was left hungry! Poor

Plenty of food, inexpensive, and good service. I haven’t got delivery yet, but I’ve always had a good experience dining-in. Quickly Boba Teas in-house!

The woman on the phone hung up in the middle of my order because she had no idea what I was asking for. Really incompetent.

Their food is ok. Edible but not great. Maybe that’s why their prices are so cheap. Anyway, I went on Sat afternoon. There were 3 people in the dining area, tho maybe one of them could be the delivery guy. Customer service is definitely NOT their proiority, tho they sure chat with each other tremendously. At the end of the meal, I asked for the check, paid the check amount in cash and continued to drink my tea. The waitress took the plate and… ASKEDFORTHETIP!!! She obviously thought that tips were MANDATORY. Well, if I go again it will only be if I’m extremely desperate for cheap Chinese food while in the area.

Is it functional for an eatery be both a Quickly and a Chinese restaurant at the same time? No. I came here last Tuesday night for a quick dinner before my hip hop dance class at Dance Mission. The thing I noticed about this place is that not only is it a Chinese restaurant but also a Quickly that serves tapioca drinks. I didn’t order any tapioca drink. All I ordered was deep fried chicken wings with house fried rice. The cashier stated the item would take about 15 minutes. She asked if I mind. I didn’t mind at all. There was only one other person who ordered food. The restaurant itself was empty. About 30 minutes later I got my food. I wasn’t pleased at all with the efficiency of service. The other person had a plate while I had a plastic box. I said to the cashier that I wanted to eat here. The only saving grace was the dish was tasty and inexpensive as I only paid $ 5.50. The chicken wings had a little kick of spice, but I didn’t mind. For better efficiency this place has to decide if it wants to either be a Quickly or a Chinese restaurant. It cannot be both.

General Tsao’s chicken is bland, soft, and not uniformly cooked. Chicken vegetables were average. Bubble tea was average, but contained less tapioca balls than most others I’ve had. Seamless delivery was nice and prices were good, but in the end it’s the food that counts and I wouldn’t order from them again.

Super cheap mediocre chinese food. Portions are large, staff is friendly. The«generals chicken» was a little on the bland side, but the texture was right, not too soggy, with a little crunch to it. Chicken lo mein tasted distinctly like fish. Maybe they used the same pan they fry their fish in? Definitely turned me off too much to eat anymore after a couple of bites. Pot stickers were perfectly crispy and flavorful.

Crazy cheap. And sort of good. But dirty. Nice dude running it. And taro milk tea with bubbles for $ 2.27 — heck yah. Needs a good deep clean.

The old phrase«Do NOT judge a book by its cover» rings truth. Because the cover in the front is QUICKLY location and DAKWIN takes over the back of this space. It’s quite clean and it was packed for lunch. A HUGE bowl of chicken wonton soup with a generous amount of very tasty pork filled wontons, fresh bok choy & white meat chicken was $ 5. Yes, crazy cheap for the size. Most other patrons were having one of many classic Chinese restaurant rice plates. Nothing on the menu was over $ 8, the special clay pots(with seafood) and specialty dishes included. Next time I think I may need to holler at the mango prawns orp prawns/chicken with lobster sauce. I would never ever have thought this place had anything redeeming. Oh was I wrong. Worth trying if you are craving good soup or cheap and clean Chinese… Because they do seem to serve up the classic stuff pretty well. The tea they serve up some pretty tasty also… with hint of jasmine. And unlike other greedy lame Chinese restaurants, they don’t charge you $ 2 for tea. Bonus: We had a very nice waitress. She’d get 5 stars if this review was for kindness alone. Check it out if you’re in the neighborhood and you get bored of Mexican and Salvadorean chow.
