Terrible customer service!!! In part this review is for Groupon as well as Dinair Spa. Purchased a Groupon for 3 waxes 1÷27÷2016. Per the Groupon, its instructions were to make your appointment online. Website is outdated and upon attempting to schedule my first appointment, the website requires you to enter a credit card to book your appointment. But I already paid Groupon for these appointments, I was not about to add my card, get double charged, fight with the spa and my credit card for a refund(which I have had happen in the past). Been there, done that. Not worth the headache. So I followed the second instruction, which was to call the business and book directly with them. Easy right? No one picked up. The answering machine says that no one is available, but please book an appointment online. Do you see the circle I’m about to get thrown into. I hang up and think, I’ll just call back again. I do, I call back later that day, the following day Thursday, 1⁄28 and again on Friday 1⁄29(only answering machine picks up, no staff — ever). Well after 5 days, numerous calls and several attempts to get HELP from Groupon, I’m told today in a generic email from Groupon«we cannot refund your money unless you complain 3 days after purchasing your Groupon» Well then, you better find out within 3 days from purchasing your Groupon that the deal you purchased is going to be unresponsive, unprofessional and leave you NOT wanting to even do business with the facility. This is how I feel anyway. After countless Groupons and not having had one bad experience, this one is bad enough for me — personally — to never ever EVER use Groupon again. The NON-customer service I received was absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful. Fine, I lose my money(which I don’t take lightly) this time, but Groupon will never get another penny from me. Terrible, terrible business practices — shame on both of you!!! Will copy this in a separate review for Groupon’s customer service.
