Greg installed the doors in my townhouse. The installation was not perfect. I have to pull the door tight everytime to lock or unlock. After several months the situation did not improve. In addition the lock seems to pop out of its socket.
I have tried to reach him multiple times and left voicemails. But he never gets back or picks up the phone. Terrible service.

Greg’s crew did an acceptable job overall at first when installing two entry doors. However, upon closer examination I found that some of the workmanship was incomplete and needed correction. When I called Greg he asked that I email photos of the problem. This was a fair request, so I immediately did so. Weeks later I have still not heard back from him. I sent him another email reminding him of the 5 year labor warranty and hope to hear back. I remain concerned that he will not respond.

I needed a new front door my residence. I looked up the online catalogs as well as local companies that provide doors. I found discovery doors through Google search. I have setup an appointment with Greg. He came by to our house and presented various options. We finally decided to go with Greg after working out pricing.
The door was installed within the time frame mentioned while ordering. The installation crew did a fantastic job. Over all I am very happy with my experience with Greg and discovery doors.

Greg, of Discovery Doors installed a pair of front entry doors without a hitch. The doors are beautiful, the locks, very good quality, they are tight fitting and the installer, Vladamir, was courteous and efficient.
Greg was willing to work with us on pricing as well. The only hitch had to do with installation timing because of the holidays and rain, things outside of his control.
I had checked his references before signing a contract and they were all excellent and they were from customers in the Sacramento area and the SF Peninsula.
