Domino’s Pizza

This place has horrible service. I called them and ordered what I wanted then was put on hold. The guy on the phone then came back and said to me that they’re about to close and will not take my order. If that was the case, why did he ask what I want when he first picked up?! The guy on the phone then told me to go to safeway to get what i need and was ARGUING with me through the phone. Customer service skills? ZERO! dont expect me to spend my money here every again.

You serius??? They dont do delivery that far? Is a damn 10 min drive from where i am. The guy that i talk in the phone was so rude to me. I told him i check on Unilocal and it says that is a 10 min drive to here and he was like well we dont do delivery that far. I told him is not the far and he was like o well we dont. Like really? Hell no… No wonder they only have those starts

Two and a half hours after ordering a pizza and no one answering the phones to get delivery status or even cancel this godforsaken pizza, I receive a mysterious call that goes like this:
Me: «hello?»
Mystery caller: «you want da pizza?»
Me: «hello? Um, who is this?»
Caller: «you want da pizza? I just get to store and see your pizza»
Me: «you’re calling from dominos, I presume. Can you explain why no one is answering the phone?»
Caller: «you want the pizza?»
This conversation goes on for about 3 minutes while I am attempting to assess the state of disarray at dominos while hitting the linguistic wall of a man who appears to have mastery of only 1 English phrase.
As I finally explain, I don’t want da pizza. And want a refund. This throws him for a loop and so who knows if the pizza will be refunded. Though I can assure you I’m ready to call my cc company and get a refund, otherwise.

Said wait time was 45 min for delivery, it took 1:30. I called 3 times asking for updates and got nothing. I will say the guy on the phone was calm and gave me the option to cancel my order. Pizza was cold and shaken around in the box. Also cost $ 29 for cheesy bread and large 2 topping.

Dominoes pizza is made with fresh ingredients and the pizza ordered online arrived piping hot by a friendly delivery person. I just love their hand spun pizza. So delicious and their chicken wings is a must have, including their fresh prepped salad. Will order Dominoes again the next time when I want pizza for delivery.

Friday night ordered delivery. Waited 2 hours. Called, they say it’s coming. Wait another hour. Called, they say it was cancelled, you can have a free pizza on next order. Next day, ordered delivery again. Waited 2 hours. Busy phone line. Ended up getting a pizza elsewhere while waiting on dominoes. Dominoes never came. Got charged for the pizza on Friday and Saturday. Yay dominoes, you suck.

Our school called Dominoes to order a pizza as a reward for an awesome student who had an amazing week. We were told that the pizza would only take 25 minutes to deliver. We made sure to call early so the pizza would be ready for lunch.
When we called to check on the status of our order, they said the driver was nearby. We called again after 10 more minutes and we were scolded by someone named Pedro. He was so loud and rude, our student could hear him even though he was 2 feet away. It was sad for our 6^th grade student to be disappointed by not getting his prize, but adding insults and threats that we wouldn’t get out pizza because I called twice to check on the status is unreal!
BOOOOO DOMINOES!

Now I know that liking a chain restaurant in this town is sacrilegious, but, I can’t help myself. I’m not a pretentious foodie, I like Domino’s. I have frequent cravings for pizza. Even though I’m within spitting distance of the much lauded and superior Little Star sometimes I don’t feel like spending $ 24 on pizza. Sometimes it’s late night. $ 7.00 pizza on the other hand available from 11 am to 2 am should garner some appreciation. Domino’s fulfills my need for cheap, greasy food.
It all started in college when my friend and I would order cheesy bread on a regular basis. How can you beat the satisfaction eating a day’s worth of calories and fat in one sitting for a few bucks? The cheesy bread used to be delicious AND came with marinara sauce free of charge. Nowadays the cheesy bread usually undercooked and you have to pay extra for the sauce. Mega lame. However, the pizza is pretty good, in fact, better than it used to be.
Maybe it’s because I order from them so often, but, I haven’t had a problem with waiting a million hours for delivery. I also like that I can order online. All in all, the pizza is consistent, they deliver, they’re open late, and their prices aren’t half bad. It’s a hell of a lot better than the hit or (usual) miss grease soaked cardboard that some other places deliver.

I was a loyal customer of this location. I regularly ordered online for delivery. Well, about two weeks ago, I tried to order and kept getting a message that the online ordering was down. I prefer online ordering because it is more accurate. I called the store, and a bored employee took my order an then informed me that it would take an hour to an hour and a half for delivery. I told him that was outrageous and to forget it. I then contacted Dominos by email, and a few days later the manager called, and apologized, and asked me to give them another chance. I did. It was worse. Still could not order online, and when I called I was now told an hour to two hours. Well, they won’t get my business again. If they are that busy, they don’t need me. and if they are that incompetent, I don’t need them.

Very disappointed in the customer service that I have ordered over the phone.
First off the guy that answer the phone «And Had NO NAME TAG» was very dry and didn’t offer any specials ON THE PHONE. «I pretty much have to guess what I wanted» so order the 7 Dollar Take Out Deal. went to Pick it Up, not only did the person that answered the phone, also check me out was also Dry and sarcastic with a hint of rudeness at the register. No Stars For Customer Services Domino’s.
As far as the pizza,
was dry. maybe was sitting under the Hot lamp too long? could have been better, but yet still delicious

Ordered a pizza, paid credit, nobody showed up for 3 hours.

If it is 1:30am and you are hungry for pizza and want it in 15 minutes? this is your place. They’re open late, work fast and can deliver.
The only downside is that if you do need to go to the restroom — they say it’s for employees only.

Ordered for pick up. The pizza was there when I came and the guy I got it from seemed cool.
Ordered a sausage and mushroom .
Tasted like dominos no complaints
Got home and ate a couple slices.
I was debating to eat the third slice but I stopped and ended picking the sausages and mushrooms off .
Then as I chew I got someone’s hair. Dammit dominos got me :(

I don’t usually review fast food restaurant and Domino’s is technically fast food pizza, BUT after my service today at this location… I felt I needed to let people know how great this location is.
Ok…this location can be a bit sketchy and pretty tiny, but if you can get past that… the food and service shines through.
Food — standard Domino’s menu, flavors and pricing. Speaking of pricing… they have a large 3 topping carry out special on Mon-​Wed. Take advantage of this.
Service — two thumbs up! I can’t say enough about how great we were treated. Not only was the cashier friendly (just one of those people who love their job)…he also made our delicious pizza in less than 3 minutes. That’s right, folks…3 minutes! That’s faster than a burger and fries at most fast food places.
Overall…if you love a good, cheap pizza… give this Domino’s a try!

I feel bad giving this place only 3 stars because the manager is so nice but they mess up my orders!
A little background:
I. Love. Domino’s. I recognize that it’s goodness is in no way ‘good’ good but I still cannot get enough of it. I went through a period where I ordered it 3 times a week. I am obsessed with the Pizza Tracker. («Bob is checking your pizza for perfection!» — AMAZING!) I know who the CEO is (Patrick Doyle). I give them customer feedback and despite not ‘liking’ any other brand or company on Facebook, I like Domino’s, even going so far as to occasionally interact with them. So yeah, I’m a fan.
But c’mon Fillmore Domino’s! If Domino’s has managed to sync up employee names and cooking times for the Pizza Tracker, then why can’t you get my order right? I’m willing to shrug off the fact you forgot the onions but the GARLIC CRUST?! The garlic crust is what ‘makes’ your pizza! (Just be grateful that I wield no real power or authority.)
The one time my order *was* made correctly, they didn’t run my credit card or something. I didn’t find out until a few days later when i was checking voicemails and heard that they wanted me to call back with my credit card number so they could run it. I was nearby so I dropped by the actual store and paid there — the manager (or asst. manager?) was stoked that I had actually come to square things away instead of just blowing him off so he comped me the $ 2.20 delivery fee. He shook my hand and told me to contact him if there was ever anything I needed.
Again, super nice… but I can only give 3 stars. (I was seriously pissed when they forgot the garlic crust. haha)
PS: If you order online, they actually accept most coupon codes. Huzzah!

Really? You say you changed your recipe, but you did in actually you made it worse. I mean where was this famous «Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce» which was stated in the menu?
I was having a party at my place and i ordered their two medium pizzas for for $ 11.99. i did not even taste a hint of anything resembling tomato. It was more like a thin essence of powdered lightly sweetened ketchup.

More pizza. I love Domino’s and Pizza Hut. I get it, it’s fastfood pizza, but I find it so delicious. It is My guilty pleasure.
Ordering online is so much fun, try it. It lets you know when the pizza goes into the oven and when it goes in the box and when it is on the way.
I am eating the «FIREY HAWAIIAN» pizza right now and I am very satisfied.

My workplace ordered from here a couple of times before, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they have ALWAYS been late!
Today we ordered pizzas early at 11:10 to make sure it would be here around 12.

Me: Hi, we ordered a pizza, its not here yet?
DP: We already sent it out, it should be there any minute.

Me: Hi, we ordered a pizza, and its still not here.
DP: We already sent it out, it should be there any minute.
The pizza finally arrives at 12:50. Really? almost 2 hours?
The earlier you call, the later the pizza arrives.

For Domino’s Pizza, and the new recipe on the dough is delicous! Easy to order on-​line and fast! Not to mention inexpensive, but my co-​workers order this every end of the month without FAIL!
Gets the job done and I actaully don’t mind it for the price!
