Just had a breakfast burrito and the anti inflammatory juice. Both were AMAZING!!! I was surprised to find out that there is NO water added to the juice. Just all natural juices from the veggies in the bottle. I’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend met one of the owners, Mike, on Bart recently and found out he owns this super healthy restaurant on Beale Street between Mission and Market. It’s a tiny place with very robust food. Chef Remi is the only Chef in San Francisco who has a special relationship with the local farmers so he can keep the price down on all of the produce. His goal is to help Americans eat healthier like Europeans. He serves vegan, vegetarian, locally grown and produced food which is full of flavor and leaves you feeling very healthy. The salmon and the almond meatballs are outstanding. The risotto has a nice Indian kick. You can choose a main item and get 3 sides for only $ 9! They also have a nice juice bar, smoothie bar, pre-made smoothies and drinks, and a selection of prepackaged, but fresh salads. Check the out for breakfast or lunch and they do delivery.

Oh wow. Just WOW. I was not expecting to fall in love with this place, but I think I just did. HARD. First off, this place is located in kind of an obscure, «stop by and take a moment to look,» passers-by kind of place. Their little stand-up ads on the sidewalks that point us their way help. You think, «Oh, another juice bar. Cool,» then walk on your way to get lost in the hustle and bustle of the busy Embarcadero streets. This place seems like a little cozy getaway, to be honest. Their foods are wholesome and clean, organic and fresh. I’m a big superfoods fan and it’s hard to find decent acai, superfoods smoothies and juices in the Bay Area(as opposed to Orange County – the«Queen» of juices and acai). But, I’m a fan. I dropped by on a midday weekday afternoon. The guy/maybe owner took a moment to welcome you into his store politely and courteously. He let me sample their Green Powerhouse smoothie which was just the perfect blend of sweets and greens without being too icy, watery, or sweet – you can TASTE and feel the texture of the fresh greens, but it still tasted GOOD. I wanted a quick refresher and was quickly drawn to their Earl Grey Tea«Boba» drink. I’m a huuuuuuge Earl Grey fan and love quality milk tea, but this one was different… I saw it was made with some quality, wholesome ingredients. Cashew, pili nut, raw coconut blossom sugar, Himalayan organic salt, Earl grey tea, lime leaf, fresh tapioca pearls… This wasn’t your average milk tea! The Asian lady working with the guy at the back promptly started mixing and making my drink on the spot and just in a few minutes, it was ready. I hit the streets, took a sip and was in LOVE. The pure Earl Grey flavor came through. The nice thickness of the cashew milk and raw ingredients, nicely sweetened but not too much, was great. And the tapioca was amazing! It was so soft and its texture was one I’ve been looking to find… Definitely made fresh. Juices can be expensive, but this place makes it worth it. You know you’re paying for quality ingredients, a careful process and damn good tasting drinks. On a hot day, I’ll definitely try their acai bowl, because if it’s anything like their drinks, I know it’ll be one of the best around… I’ll definitely be back for you Elixiria!

I had the raw vegan Peruvian vanilla mountain. It was very rich and tasty and very healthy. Just what I needed after a long day in front of a computer. I will try their other items on my next visit. Super friendly. I enjoyed being here, especially enjoyed the living wall at one end of the store.

Just your friendly neighborhood juice shop… and a little more. I passed Elixiria on my way to the Temp. Transbay Bus terminal virtually everyday. It was when I became quite ill with a massive cold complicated by heavy bronchitis that I finally went inside. Adorable. I love the colorful menus. The cleanliness. The simpleness juxtapose something extra. I was(and always am) greeted with a smile and hello. He could tell immediately that I was sick and suggested the Immunity. I was never a huge fan of ginger until I drank this. So. Good. Elixiria offers a perks program for those that are also interested. It’s simply tied to your phone number and each dollar spent equals a point(I think). They offer snacks, smoothies, yogurt, breakfast options, and amazing customer service. I say this because not only do they treat each customer as tho they are special, but also because when they were out of the immunity drink, they added it to another juice for me. I was hooked from then on. Also, try the cheesecake. I am no cheesecake connoisseur but now I’m afraid to go in when they have it because I always want it! Give them a try; you’ll be quite surprised. :)

I still give 5 stars for Elixiria. After coming here many times after work, I’ve noticed this juice bar have some locally raised meat and veggie lunch selections. But what makes Elixiria top notch is a decent variety of vegan selections written on a menu. So far, nothing has changed since I came down here this late afternoon. I love the service so very much! The owner named Alex is easy for me to talk to. He has the knowledge of creative drinks made with fruits and vegetables and its benefits. When I asked him why they have some meat selections for breakfast and lunch, he tells me that they do so to attract customers so the owners will have enough money to keep the business running. I was wondering what would happen to the super greens if those are not bought. Today, I bought me an Ameri-Asian berry perfection. As stellar as any plant-based protein drink, it’s good to come here just to refresh myself. :}

Excellent«healthy options» café that I’m so excited I discovered. I go for the acai bowl(though it’s not in a bowl and it’s more smoothie than crunchy) but they have other offerings like smoothies, healthy juices with descriptive names and reasons to consume them, carby treats and more. They are really lovely people as well. Tips: Join the loyalty program for freebies if you work nearby, and go after or before the lunch hour to avoid the long line.

I work your typical 9 – 5 FiDi gig. Which also means sitting for extended periods of time, but I try my best to stay healthy by standing and eating something that isn’t heavy or junk. Elixira is a lovely food stop that is right across the street from my building, so when I have certain cravings for something filling and healthy, I just strut right over. Lucky me! So far I’ve had the salmon based on Unilocal reviews and lemme tell you – it’s divine. No fishy aftertaste, but I have to say that whatever it’s been marinated or brushed in is quite tasty. It’s almost like maple syrup. So good. I’ve also had the coconut bowl and the vanilla shake – both very delicious and guilt-free. I usually get these in the morning and they perk up my day. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options as well – normally I’ll eat anything and tend to pass on vegan/vegetarian options due to past experiences of these diets being bland, but Elixira does something special to their veg offerings. I don’t know why but I always found it adorable that whenever I stop by during lunch time, there is always this guy behind the counter by the food buffet that says«Please! Try MY soup!!» and he serves you a sample in this cute little cup. Maybe it was the way he said it that I found endearing and so genuine, idk lol. And usually it’s good too! The owner is also usually there and personally serves you. The staff seem like sincere people who want to share with you a good meal/snack.

For lunch, we tried out Eat 24 and decided to get food from Elixiria. At first, I was kind of iffy about it because when I was scrolling through the menu, it was different. Way different from what I’m used to ordering. My first thought was«wow, it’s healthy here.» After looking around, I decided to order the Honey Mustard Atlantic Salmon. Unfortunately, the wait was more than an hour and a half to go, so that was a huge buzz kill. When it finally arrived, it was a bit cold. I don’t know if it was supposed to be like that but I decided to chow down anyway. The salmon was probably one of the best salmon I’ve ever had! Although I couldn’t taste the honey mustard, the salmon was crispy enough and full of flavor. I highly suggest getting it. The salmon also came with veggies and potatoes. The potatoes didn’t taste good at all. It lacked taste and texture. The veggies were kind of weird. Some were unidentifiable so I didn’t know what I was eating. Also, the veggies came with fruits. If you’re a health junkie, I highly suggest trying this restaurant out.

I had the Cacao«milkshake» and it was pretty amazing. Refreshing and pretty filling, plus it crushed the chocolate craving I get during that time of the month. Also, the cashier was awesome and friendly. He warned me that I might get addicted and he might be right. Go here! and hopefully they start opening on weekends so I can get my milkshake fix.

Wonderful restaurant! Made an order through GrubHub on 01/19/2016 for my wife. Before the order was even prepared the staff called me to ask if certain substitutes can be made to my order(Sandwich, salat, soup, coffee) as I asked for Soy Milk in the coffee which they do not carry. The gentlemen that called offered a great variety of substitutes, and was very helpful. The food is great, organic, fresh. Will definitely order again. P. S. For some reason there is no reviews for the restaurant on GrubHub, thankfully Unilocal reassured my thoughts, and now experience. Thank you, Aram Ishkhanyan

Healthy, delicious, and friendly. Great Breakfast Burrito. Tried the Veggie Breakfast Burrito for $ 6. It looks like they use whatever seasonal vegetables they have on hand. Today is Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts wrapped in a tortilla with Eggs and choice of Cheese. Non traditional, but simple, very fresh and delicious. Cacao Paradise Shake $ 8.95. Made with Cashews, Cacao Paste, Vanilla Powder. Outstanding. It really tastes like it should be bad for you. I want to try other flavors, but seems like I’m stuck in this shake. Acai Bowls made with coconut, orange, banana, dates and almonds for $ 10.75. Also simple and straight-forward, also very good. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. They also will take time to help you make decisions… which means they can get backed up when busy. So you may need to exercise your patience. It is worth it. Definitely worth keeping in the rotation. It’s hard to give Elixiria anything other than a 5 star review.

Amazing! The customer service is phenomenal. These guys are really passionate about the food and drinks they are serving here and took the time to enthusiastically answer my questions. Had a few samples of some smoothies, soup and milkshake and everything was SO tasty and so simple and good for you. Also had a salmon wrap with veggies and it was delicious. I can’t wait to go back here and so glad to have found this place on Beale Street!

Popped in here on a whim, and was so thoroughly pleased! Had some wonderful tomato bisque soup and a jam-packed green smoothie, for a relatively fair price. It’s so nice to have a place health-centric this close to my office. I think what I enjoyed most, however, was the attitude of the folks who work here. So kind and gracious. Will definitely be coming back!

They are constantly evolving their menu to include creative and health conscious items. Centrally located in the heart of the financial district, Elixira makes it easy for everyone to eat healthy during the workweek. Staff is friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this gem.

Wait a second… A healthy, delicious, and affordable lunch place just opened up right next to my office? YUP! I was walking over to Market Street yesterday and spotted Elixiria. It’s a small, light filled restaurant on Beale Street between Market and Mission, in the PG&E building. I was lured in by the free samples, seafood bisque to start with. The soup was great, and I ordered the salmon filet, with two sides of vegetables(roasted squash and brussell sprouts). The total was $ 9, and each part of the meal was great. I went back today, and had the fritatta, this time with a side of potatoes, and chard. Again, delicious. I’m hooked.

As someone who has a ginormous sweet tooth but also an enormous guilt complex whenever I do indulge, I’ve been looking for a place like Elixiria for a while now. The concept itself is perfection: vegan, raw, naturally delicious foods, some of which are your typical health items(juices, smoothies, acai bowls) while some are recreations of decadent dessert items(milkshakes, cheesecake). All are delicious! I’ve come here several times before work over the past week. Every time I’ve ordered something different, and every time I’m immensely satisfied. I absolutely adore the milkshakes — I think they taste like you’re drinking something super creamy and fatty with ice cream and heavy cream, but it’s actually made with nuts other super healthy ingredients. The flavor is impeccable, and I would never guess how guiltless these milkshakes are! I’ve had the Last Samurai, which I would definitely recommend for mint chocolate lovers — the slight crunch from the cacao nibs is just wonderful and is the perfect substitute for chocolate chips! The Peruvian Vanilla Mountain is also good, and a really deliciously classic take on a vanilla milkshake. If you’re feeling unadventurous, I would go with this one! Today, I just had the chia pudding parfait, which had SOMUCH chia seeds, topped with raisins and a wonderful cashew cream. The cream was my absolute favorite part, and I wish I could have devoured an entire cup of the cream by itself! Not as sweet as many of the chia puddings that I make at home, but still really good. Overall, I’m excited by so many of the items on the menu, and I’m excited to try more of them!(Currently on my list are the boba, acai bowl, and the cheesecake!) All of the ingredients that they use are super fresh, and most things are made to order, so it does sometimes take a little bit of a wait — but it’s so worth it. Come here if you want some good-tasting but still healthy foods!

For the vegetarians who enjoy raw vegan, this is a place for you. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were ready to offer samples and advice. I knew I wasn’t walking out empty handed. For the omnivores, do you enjoy raw vegan? Then yes this is for you. I don’t quite see it pleasing the people who like meat or just warm food. This food is going to taste healthy, but it also tastes flavorful with lots of texture. I sampled some of the fresh pressed juices which were pungent and clean tasting. I ended up taking the ‘fake tuna salad’(I think it might have been called sunflower pâté?) for lunch($ 9). It’s made with almonds, sunflower seeds, tahini, parsley, celery, and other noms. I swear it had the texture of tuna but I didn’t miss the fish. They have the option to purchase some crackers on the side, but I didn’t think it was necessary. It was served on top of a leaf of romaine along with a couple grapes. The pâté was very filling and I enjoyed just eating it by itself. I found crunch in the celery and sweetness from the grapes. Will I return? Well it’s very close to the office and they open at 7am so it’s a great fit. It’s hard to walk out of the store without spending ~$ 10 even if you’re just getting pastries or juice but it seems like these are quality ingredients.

Time: 2:37pm/75°F mostly sunny Purpose: Elixiria was introduced about a month ago and I couldn’t get a hold of owner. Colleague pass by every morning saw it open recently. Set-up: Full counter, glass juice dispenser, four menu panel, raw food bins, espresso machine, stand alone open air fridge, grinder, juicer, veggie blender, industrial shelf, wall mounted makeshift shelves, single door beverage fridge, faux brick wall. Staff: Two older guys I assume owner because how they talk to customers. They were friendly offer samples instantly. Explain each juice with their properties and functions. I didn’t feel any force sell or upsell. Told me that their not in the business to sell you something that won’t help your body heal. Very patient and business like. Cleanliness A+, immaculate very clean that you can eat of the floor. Liquid drinks are bottle and sealed while salad and dessert box up kept behind counter. All machinery are wipe down after each customer. Eats/Drinks: Granola bite $ 3 about the size of small ice cream scooper 3−4oz. This thing was delicious chock full of nut packed with plenty of dried fruit and nutrients. It actually tasted as good as it look. It’ll provide instant energy boost. I haven’t had anything close to it ever. IMO, it beats out my favorite place Bio in Union Square. Main Features: Raw food, juice/smoothie, and dessert of vegan/vegetarian for the health conscious. Products/Services: Cold pressed juices, raw smoothies, frosty milkshakes, milk nut & boba, espresso, coffee, tea, cinnamon bun, chai pudding, salad, pâté, kale chips, trail mix, Revolution Raw Bar, coconut water, kombucha, yerba mate, cheesecake, walnut brownie. Takes plastic, compostable and bio-degradedable utensil. Punch Lines: New, healthy, clean, pricey, made daily, friendly, knowledgeable, samples, high energy, pleasing flavors, drool worthy, top-notch, well prepared, light bites, zippy service, can’t go wrong, casual and delicious. Tradeoffs: No seating on/off premise may be a turn off for some with dietary restriction that needs to sit and enjoy. Lost of a sale. Final Thoughts: If you want made fresh daily raw food and money is no object then this place will fit your bill. Elixiria is a place that wants to give you want your body needs. Not because its the highest price item being sold. Doesn’t matter what your dietary restrictions may be raw food cause no harm and does wonders for the environment. Worth a try. Going with 4.5/stars with price factor voided other half of star.

The Cacao Paradise here is sooooo delicious. It’s thick, creamy and rich with decadent flavor. My co-worker and I shared it. Each time I handed it back to her — I wanted to grab it right back and finish it on the spot. The best part is that it’s a milkshake made with wholesome ingredients — like Cashews, raw cacao paste, raw coconut blossom sugar, vanilla powder, and himalayan salt. I also tried the Wabi-Sabi –which is a green tea based nut milk and I have to admit that it was not my favorite. I probably would not order it again. I thrive on discovering new healthy centric spots like Elixiria, where the ingredients are listed out and are carefully sourced. I am looking forward to trying more of Elixiria’s menu as it continues to develop. Just note — that everything is made by hand and with care — so you may want to take that into account if you stop by here and you are in a rush. Trust.
