I wanted to like the renovation, I really did. Alas, I don’t think it’s meant to be. Maybe it’s because each time I’ve been here since they switched owners, crazy stuff has gone down (toupee guy with screaming lady, anyone?!), and the music’s been way too loud. Perhaps I’m just getting old but I’m not feeling it! Still love Marcos though.

This place is for the riff raff that are too low class for any other bar in the neighborhood. The place smells like dishwater and the drinks taste just as bad, but they’ll still charge you $ 15 for a cocktail! Don’t go here ever.
