PARKING: I find street parking a hassle in the city so cut to the chase and park in the parking garage that’s around the block. You’ll see it has a big vertical sign that says PARKING. Pull in to the parking garage, take a ticket, and bring the ticket with you because you will have to pre-pay for parking at the attendant on the first floor. BEWARETHISPARKINGSTRUCTURECLOSESAT2AM so leave the club early enough to get here in time to pay the ticket and get your exit ticket. ALSO, the back of the garage does not stay unlocked so you have to walk around to the main entrance of the parking garage. Once you have your exit ticket, then you can take your time. At least six floors of parking, but some floors are closed or valet parking so we had to park on the 6th level and take the stairs down. When you go back to the car at least the elevators are easily accessible next to the cashier. I was there from 10:30pm until 1:57pm and paid $ 6, which is not bad at all. GUESTLIST: Go to their website and click RSVP to get on their guest list. It’s weird I had to register one name at a time. But it did get me $ 10 off so instead of $ 20, my entry cost was $ 10. They do check ID/passport. Stamp your right inner wrist with black light ink. Yes there are ins and outs. INSIDE: No coat check sadly. Down the stairs and it’s like you’re in a basement lounge/club/bar area. VIP areas that will ask girls to join a table if you tell the bouncer guys to let them in. DJ area has a stage area where the go-go dancers are. Sadly they don’t let anyone else on there and if you do get up on there, I saw security tell people to get off. VIP servers are dressed scantily and sexy as most clubs do. You have to show a bracelet to get into the VIP area. Thankfully they had seating so we could sit and not kill our feet in heels the entire night. MUSIC: Music was mostly house and some hip hop. DJ Scooter on the Saturday night that I was there. BATHROOMS: Are co-ed. Yes, you walk into the same bathroom area with men and women. I wish they had floor length mirrors in here. It’s dark too. PEOPLE: Maybe mid 20’s and older range here. Mix of cultures here… Asian, middle eastern, black, etc. There was a bachelorette party here the night I went. They will do shout outs for people’s birthdays too. OVERALL: A-OK. I did have a fun night with a couple of my female friends. Go to one of the guy bartenders. The girl bartenders at least on the night I went weren’t that helpful. One guy warned me it took him 20 minutes to get a drink and for me to go to the guy. I went to the guy and was helped right away and all I asked for was water, which he gave me iced water in a glass, exactly what I had needed. And people were on the dance floor! I love a packed dance floor, but it wasn’t too packed where you feel gross.

Let me just say I was debating on reading this but I think everyone needs to know how unprofessional the security guards are at this lounge… Everyone should know When ur In a club people might push you or shove you when walking especially when there’s a lot of people in a small lounge… my friend got pushed and absolutely some of her drink got on a girl security guard she pulled and yanked her hair two times or more I grabbed her arms and the female security guard didn’t let go so I choked her out … I think that was uncalled for if you need to kick someone out do but for someone who works there be physical is unprofessional we were dancing somebody pushed her n a drink excellently spilled on her did my friend deserve that I don’t think so …

Ok I gave two stars because I know the promoter there otherwise I would have gave them 1. Terry is awesome and is always able to accomodate us when we go there last minuted. I give him 5 stars. So I went to order a glass or orange juice and I checked my wallet to pull out a $ 20 bill since I did not have enough dollar bills and it was only $ 3. The bartender was ok until she started helping another customer and she did not give me back my change. I want my $ 17 change. I told her she owes me $ 17 and she did not give me back my change. She goes to the cash register and grabs it. Before she hands me the $ 17, she’s like are you sure? Are you sure you didn’t give me $ 3 or $ 5 bill? I said no I gave you $ 20. I’m sure of it. SHe hands me the $ 17. Then I said hey I don’t lie and next thing later she blows up on me and says«Oh really? You don’t lie?! everybody Lies! I was like Im telling you the truth! I was like wtf?! I look at my boyfriend like seriously?! she’s giving me such a bad attitude! I was like you know what here’s your tip. I gave her $ 2 and she’s not like no I don’t want it and give me a fish-type looking face and backs away and shakes her head. I was like here, i left it on the table. I’m not sure if she said thank you or what. But i was so mad and I walked off. I didn’t want her to ruin my time, so I tried to enjoy the music. I had to tell my boyfriend to go get me another glass of water because I did not want to deal with the guy anymore. Then through at the end of the night I just couldn’t sleep, I was just so pissed! I called up infusion apparently they were closed but i was able to leave an angry voicemail to the General Manager because I was so pissed. I was surprised he called me back and I told him the story. Apparently he said that she had a bad day, and that she should not have lashed out like that regardless of whatever it is. I told him whatever the customer said, it should be customer’s right and they can look back the camera. And if I made a mistake, then I would give you guys the money back, but not matter what it is she shouldn’t have talked to me like that. Also why the hell would I want $ 15 its not much in the first place. But because I gave her $ 20 i want my change back. Hearing you guys talk about shady bartender not giving your change back. So it is true and it was not my fault. I tried to talk to the promoter and he was telling she’s a nice girl but she’s not. She’s probably nice to her which is why I was willing to let it go, but I just couldn’t and went ahead and called up the GM. She’s a blond girl. Bright yellow blondish girl. She’s hot, but she’s rude!

Not too bad place for undemanding people! But staff is really unpleasant and not cheerful, sometimes can be rude with you. For example: securities can ask you move to the corner and take off your hat because it’s our rules!!! Damn what’s going on guys! Will Never go there again!

I recently booked Infusion lounge for a private event for 200 people. Their event coordinator Melissa was amazing to work with. She made sure that everything that everything was perfect and the way that I wanted it. The staff during the event were so professional and nice. From the bathroom attendant, to the people busing, and behind the bar. I was extremely impressed with them! The food was great and it’s a really awesome festive space. I hope to work with them again!

I’m sure it’s perfect for the locals but can’t make this into a destination bar/lounge. Visited last Saturday and was just OK. Go online and enter yourself to guest list to get cover charge for $ 10. Cool place nice and clean. Good customer service :) Prices bit high. Nice bar.

top of the line asshole bartenders. They kept over charging me for drinks. If you don’t tip them they tell you straight up they are not serving you if you don’t tip them. What kinda of shit is that

I’ve never complained before, but last night changed my mind about this place! We were almost loyal customer of Infusion! Unfortunately, last night bartender did’t give back change after taking drink. He was acting badly, when we asked where is change money from 20 $, he said«i already gave u». He didn’t give any change money, no excuses, nothing! Why he is lying to customer?! Just 20 $ worth to lose reputation of the club or what?! After that we just left club and wanted to talk w manager! Manager came didn’t say anything except«i will check camera». I never go to that place! Staffs are terrible! No responsibilty ! If manager acting like this, i don’t wanna say anything about other workers !

Let me just start off with saying, I am never one to complain, even when I’ve had bad service in the past. This will actually be my first bad review I’ve ever written, and I think it’s well deserved. So I went with two of my girls to infusion Friday night. We had signed up for the guest-list but didn’t realize we had to be there before 11pm, and we were not at all trying to pay $ 20 dollars to get in. So while we stood outside to figure out where to go, a bouncer came up to us and offered half price. But one of my girls didn’t have cash on her, so another bouncer came up and stamped us to get in for free(thank you to whomever they were, probably the only good service that night). We get in, and I go to order a jäger bomb. Apparently $ 13 bucks for it! So I give the bartender a $ 20 and she gives me $ 6 bucks back. Does she think I’m drunk or something? I would have never even noticed too, but then my two girlfriends bought a jäger bomb as well from the younger bartender. Only $ 10 for them. So I ask the bartender who served my girls how much a jäger bomb is, she tells me $ 10. That’s when I checked my pocket to realize I only got $ 6 back from the older bartender chick. So I grab her and tell her she only gave me $ 6 bucks back after I gave her a $ 20. She then takes my $ 6 and gives me $ 7 back. I ask her«why are you charging me $ 13 for a jäger bomb and my friends are only being charged $ 10??». She then looks at me confused, shrugs and says«I don’t know, that’s the price I was told». I was really annoyed, and didn’t even want to deal with it anymore. So I just walked away and from that point, knew I’d be going to a different bartender. Let me say, that annoyed me, but just that situation alone wouldn’t have been worth my time to write a review. So a little more than an hour goes by, and one of my girlfriends offers to buy us a shot. This time we go to the guy bartender, who was probably the rudest bartender I have ever encountered in my life! He pours our shots, tells my friend its $ 39. We didn’t realize it would be so much for a shot of ciroc, then my friends card wasn’t going through(which we later found out it was swiped multiple times and she ended up having to call her bank the next morning to fix it after being charged over $ 100 dollars!). So she goes to the ATM to grab cash. We then ask the same bartender who served us the ciroc shots if he could give us a chase. He replies«you don’t need it». We keep asking, he refuses. Then, he finally starts pouring us a chase(rolling his eyes at the same time), starts to hand me the chase then decides to pour it down the drain. I was pissed, but I still kept my composure because I knew this fucking asshole was just trying to piss us off. He knew we were upset and we stood there waiting for quite some time. He just ignored us. There was a guy next to us who asked what was wrong, we tell him that the bartender is being a dick and won’t give us a chase. Then we ask the guy if he could ask for a chase for us, so he gets the bartender to ask, and the BARTENDERFLIPSHIMOFF! What kind of fucking service is that??! After persistently asking for chase, I give up. I then asked the guy who was cleaning the bar if he could give us some chase, and he then pointed to asshole of a bartender that he could give us some, and I then explain that he wouldn’t give us any. So he kindly pours me a chase, and after, the bartender says something to him. I wish I could have heard what was said, because I’m sure it wasn’t something nice. Thank you to whoever gave me the chase, after PERSISTENTLY asking for over 20 mins! I WILLNEVERGOTOINFUSIONEVERAGAIN! That bartender gave the absolute WORSTSERVICE ever imaginable. I couldn’t have even imagined what would have happened in the same situation if someone drunk came across that.

Came here for dinner the night before Halloween night and the place was decked out in Halloween decorations, super festive! All the staff are super friendly and service was great. My picks: — lychee martini(not sour at all and not overly sweet, just the right amount) — salmon(entrée, came with potatoes and arugula; the salmon was a bit dry) — deviled eggs(there is a hint of wasabi but not so much that it would make you want to stop eating it; this is my one of my fav item!) — crab rangoon(this is just NOMS and is another one of my fav items!) — appetizer platter(shots ribs were good, the wings and edamame had a spicy kick to it and again, crab rangoon is ) — the fries are delicious and the banana ketchup sauce was a nice touch Even though we left early before the club started, will definitely be back for the crab rangoon and deviled eggs.

LOL what a joke. It seems reminiscent of a bad 18+ club full of desperate old men. This place charges a cover and promises an old crowd who doesn’t dance full of short old men. And it’s empty. They promise a strict dress code but while they force some to dress up other people are wearing tennis shoes and booty shorts. The DJ needs practice because he is mediocre at best and my night he constantly got booed for bad transitions and overall«suckiness»(as the crowd yelled at him). If you’re young and trying to come out this is not the place. However their drinks are bomb!

I planned my friends Bachelorette party here and had a BLAST! They provided us with two bottles of alcohol AND a FREE bottle of champagne for a very reasonable price. We got our own table in a great sectioned off area. The lady staff were cute and really sweet and accommodating. We never had an issue asking for refills of anything, there was just always someone tidying up our table and refilling our chasers. There was an issue with taking my card at one point, but they really accommodated me and made the whole thing very easy for me, the bride, and the rest of our girls. :) My only negative point is that there was this one guy and his two friends who wouldn’t leave us alone. We informed the security guard who told the men to stop, but when my girls and I left, they men were outside and still bothering us and they even grabbed a couple of us. My only critique would be for security to kick these guys out sooner and to keep them away from the club itself. As a woman, when a man continuously keeps harassing you, there’s a big possibility that it could ruin the whole night. Overall, I’d come back here again. :)

When I visited the bay area this spring I wanted to check out different Nightlife. My friends took me to Infusion because they said they had good music. There were no lines and check in to the guest list was no problem. However, inside was a different experience. It was rather small and it seemed the VIP areas were bigger than the dance floor and bar area. The drinks were overpriced and the DJ kept going everywhere with his mixes. It was very hard to figure out what kind of music we were dancing to. Not one of my better SF nightlife experiences. People who go here: EDM/Hip Hop. 21 – 30 age range. Defines an upscale Lounge experience with casual dressing crowd.

This place is a fucking joke. Ordered jäger bomb shot and he put 90% red bull and a drop of jäger all in one cup. Are u fuckin kidding me? I want a fucking shot! Hes like oh we dont have shot glasses. Im like what kind of bar dont have shot glasses??? Worse is that he gave so much attitude and said«u guys must never go out huh??» Everywhere I go gives jäger bomb in a shot glass. Dumbasss Then later I went to another bartender and did not have any problem with ordering a fcking shot of jäger and tequila. Screw that bartender hope he’s fired.

We came to SF for a bachelorette party on a Saturday night and had a blast at Infusion! We got to the club around 1045PM and were escorted immediately. We put our names on the guest list through their website which discounted our entrance fee to $ 10/person. Infusion lounge has decent space, is clean, ventilated well, with modern décor. The music is a mix of hip hop and EDM but with a good beat. There was a good mix of 20 – 30 year olds and different ethnicities. The club tends to get more crowded around 1130-midnight but there is still room to dance and move around. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. The bathroom is co-ed but there are 5 stalls which are private and mostly clean(I think the guys get another section just with urinals). They also have a lot of space for those who want to order bottle service. Only downside: no decent-looking or intelligent guys at the club that night :/Lots of pretty ladies but they need to attract better guys!
