I do not reccomend buying this product! I did’nt purchase from Zagg directly or from this SF location, I purchased from verizon corporate store and was told the product had a lifetime warranty. I have only had the product for about two months and it has already started to crack on the sicdes and I havent even dropped my phone. When I went online to claim the warranty, i saw I was going to be charged for shipping. I am 45 min away from SF and I dont think they would even accept a warranty claim since I did not purchase from them directly. Either way I do not think that I shoould be charged for shipping on a product that is under warranty. Further when I called customer service the lady was nto helpful or pleasant at all. If i could give less than 1 star I would. I reccommend getting this type of product from a mall vendor, they offer the same lifetime warranty it is the same product and they wont charge shipping.

at least they should have a sign that says this Zagg booth is closed at Stonestown. Went there last Sunday there was no sign at all but there products were hung in the booth asked around the booths next to Zagg and no one knew. If anyone needs to get a shield installed for their Iphone the booth known as Gadget world 2 booth next to zagg does it for free when you buy there shields. Not bad of a product. its only for 25 dollars but no lifetime warranty. Someone could of just stole there products from there booth.

Boo on Zagg! Hate that i’m writing this as I am not a Negative Nelly :) The«geniuses»(in quotations because they are obviously nothing close to genius) over at Apple recommended Zagg for my iPhone 5. The cover on my front barely lasted 2 months before completely peeling off. It started lifting one month in. Also, it discolored and gets very dirty– much more than my last covers. The«zagg» logo wore off in a few days! How cheap! I am very careful, have not been in the sun or gotten any water on it. The kid at the kiosk even had the nerve to blame me and said«well, you must have caught it on something» Well, no, I didn’t. Word of advice– the customer is always right, kiddo. At $ 45 for an «indestructible» shield, I was expecting a lot more! I’m not cheap. I don’t cut corners. But when i’m paying 5 times more for something, I expect quality! My shield for my iPhone 4 lasted for 2 years! And cost $ 10! And was abused to no end. It was from the kiosk next to Zagg– that sells the«cheaper» stuff. I got my $ 6 replacement installed yesterday… But will NOT be coming back here. I’ll stick to the ‘cheaper” knock offs that last longer and don’t discolor after 1 month. I guess you DON’T get what you pay for! Boo on you Zagg Boo! BOO, BOO on you!

I tried getting my replacement iPhone 5HD screens from this kiosk 4 times before they were finally available. I even called ahead a few times asking exactly when the new stock would be in and each time, they said«later today.» Finally, during my 4th attempt, the screens were back in stock. Hallelujah! …but only the front screens, not the back ones. I asked if I could get the front one installed now and come back later for the back screen and the girl said yes. Came back a few days later for my back screen and the guy said«we don’t do just back screens.» Uh, what? I explained my story, showed my receipt and he replied with«she shouldn’t have done that, but you can go online and request new screens and pay a few dollars in shipping.» Seriously?! I wasted a lot of time going back to the kiosk multiple times and paid money to have my front screen installed, which I then had to peel off anyway and send back to the manufacturer because the replacements via mail are for front and back only. Overall, Zagg products are top-of-the-line, their lifetime warranty is unmatched, and I wouldn’t trust my phone with anything else, but the service at their kiosks could use some work. The staff working were not apologetic when they were out of stock or when I was told their employee should have never installed only the front screen for my phone. The staff need to step up their customer service, be more knowledgable about their policies, and order more replacement stock.
