I’ve been training with Kathryn for 8 months, and have noticed a positive change in my body. She is professional and patient in her training style. She works around any limits I have, and adapts exercises based on what I’m able to do on that particular day. I feel very comfortable with Kathryn because she is also a Registered Nurse. She knows anatomy, what to do and what not to do. She works well with the limitations of someone my age. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to get into shape.

In the past, my idea of exercising consisted of spending 2+ hours at the gym doing heavy weight training. I found it to be arduous and consistently lacked motivation because of that. Eventually I stopped going to the gym altogether. Fast forward several years, and I was out of shape. I decided to make the effort to be healthier and get into shape. I was dreading exercising again because of my past experience. I decided to try personal training to keep motivated. That’s when I started training with Kat. From the very first session, I could tell that her training style is so much better than what I used to do. She does a great job or organizing workouts in a way where I get both a cardio workout with some weights mixed in. She varies the workout depending on what your goals are, and the fact that workouts are only an hour keeps me motivated and feeling good. My stated goals were to lose weight, gain muscle definition, and gain cardio endurance for basketball. I’ve been working with Kat for 7 months, and I can see a real difference in my body, and my on court performance. I can now play full court without fatigue overtaking me. Kat is a great trainer. If you are looking for a way to get into shape and feel motivated, then I recommend working with her. You can tell that she is dedicated to her profession, and is always looking for ways to make workouts more challenging. I look forward to getting into even better shape, and achieving more of my fitness goals.
