Kiehls At Nordstrom

Kiehl’s is my go-​to for facial products. I finally cleared up my skin from years of acne and scarring and their products were perfect for maintaining its health. We all know that Kiehl’s products are fantastic and very reasonably priced (especially for how well they work), but I normally wouldn’t write a review.
This specific Kiehl’s, though, definitely warrants a glowing review! To be more specific, I’d like to compliment the customer service. Katrina B. took care of my sister and I as we practically took over the whole counter. She told us immediately that they had a special offer where everything was 15% off! So, of course, my sister and I took all that we could get. We asked A LOT of questions, definitely more than our fair share, but Katrina was so knowledgable and helpful that we couldn’t resist taking advantage! She helped me find the perfect color BB cream and made great recommendations for new daily cleansers and other products, sending us home with plenty of samples. We had to hold back, though, from getting our usual Ultra Facial Cleanser for our wallets’ sake. She also gave us her card and invited us to text her with any questions or concerns we might have! My sister and I were satisfied with our haul and Katrina’s help and went on our merry way. It wasn’t until we got home that we discovered that we were given the full sized Ultra Facial Cleanser. We were worried that we were charged for it by accident, but checked on the receipt and we weren’t charged. Then we checked the bottle, and it had a little sticker that said «Compliments of Kiehl’s!»
My sister and I were both extremely happy with our experience at this Kiehl’s and will be sure to return whenever we need new products.

I used to strictly use Herbal Essences. Expensive salon shampoo just never really impressed me. It lathered the same as the four dollar a bottle stuff, smelled just a little different, and yet my hair never looked any that much more remarkable. But that all changed once I picked up a bottle of Kiehls’ Rice and Wheat Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. The sales rep at Kiehls in Nordstrom was lovely and answered all of my questions in regards to it — adding that if I didn’t like it — I could always return it. She noted that customers — her included — were huge fans of both.
I have never raved over a shampoo and conditioner — until that purchase. Both have lasted me forever and they truly do add incredible oomph to your hair. Not only do they do a great job detangling hair — but the volume that they unleash on your locks is beyond exciting. While I’m fully aware that Kiehls has their own store in the mall — I’ve found that I’ve never been a huge fan of popping into it. I would much prefer to make my way over to Nordstrom, where the staff go above and beyond to make you feel confident about your purchases.
Today I’m rocking a big red mane — thanks to Kiehls at Nordstrom.

Sandy B. is the best! So kind, not pushy, knows what she’s talking about. She gave me several samples of the products and let me try them out before I invested. When i came back she had me try some different products before I made my decision. I’ve used the products she recommended for over a month now. My skin looks amazing and my friends constantly notice and comment.
…proof about Sandy’s character as the best sales person EVER! She found my lost wallet. I lost it in the department store so she called the Lost and Found Department several times during the day and by 3pm i received a call that it had been turned in. Without her (she had my name and number, my wallet, of course, did not have my number in it) I wouldn’t have known that my wallet was found. That was above and beyond what any sales person has ever done. She totally made it seem like no big deal. When I went back to thank her, I noticed a line around her. Of course everyone is buying from her! She cares and is THE Expert on skin care.
