NIDO Living

Came here a few days ago with my husband (about an hour drive with traffic) to check out this place since it has exactly what we are looking for. We came in just before their closing time, 6:00 PM and were greeted by the owner and one of his lady employees. The both of them couldn’t have been any sweeter and in no way did we feel rushed! We told the owner, Daniel, what we were in the market for and although, his store offered items that were just out of the price range for us, he was more than happy to show us what he thought could work. We sat down and looked at a bunch of catalogs and discussed different brands, items, quality, etc.
We are so thankful to have met Daniel — he was so honest and genuine and it is very much appreciated. I would recommend anyone to go there and check it out. You will leave impressed and humbled by Daniel. If we’re ever up there again, we will be sure to stop in!

Nido living is the best.
Ever since we moved in our new house, we needed to fill in the space with some funitures. After the long time of searching all over the bay area, we finally found the Nido living.
They have hi-​end style of furnitures but the price is reasonable compared to other furniture stores in Soma district.
We bought a beautiful side board which was displayed model.
But due to the long freight from italy and moving to everywhere while displayed in the showroom, it seemed to have a little bit of problem on the door opening and that was found after we purchased it.
So we contacted and talked about the problem to Susan, who was my sales associate.
She had been sincerely trying to solve the problem with many different ways and always made prompt responses. And Keith, who was sent from Susan, found the cause of problem finally and it was solved clearly.
It would have been better to purchase flawless furniture but I still would love to go back to Nido living because I trust their customer service and now I use the side board in perfect condition now.

Great furniture. Great service. We needed a dining room table and after looking at what the other key players (DWR, B2B Italia, R&B, Roche Bobois), we returned to purchase an awesome Italian glass table that we needed custom fitted for our SF intimate dining space. The order process was seamless and Daniel, the owner kept us updated as it would take up to 16 weeks. When it arrived, Daniel met his delivery staff at my place as he noted he wanted to be sure everything went well — he advised on proper placement and he even cleaned the glass. Now that’s service! The table is absolutely stunning and can’t be more pleased with Nido Living. I only wish we needed more furniture. Check this place out! We’re glad that we did!
