Off the Grid: 5th & Townsend

Ranges from idgaf to my faves (!).
Nowhere to sit, nowhere to go, fyi.
Tiny otg but not to be overlooked.

Great location (well close to my office.) Location aside, it really depends on what trucks are here.
Otherwise, sidewalk is a bit narrow for lines but there is shade from trees. Linear layout along the street makes it hard to see the other trucks.
Truck list is online, which is nice.

My first Unilocal review! YAY! After so many years of being a Unilocal lurker, I finally decided to contribute!
I am so glad Off the Grid decided to bring food trucks right by my work! If you work in the area, you’ll know how difficult it is to get to a decent lunch spot without having to trek at least 3 or 4 looong (and partially sketchy) blocks. My coworkers and I have been, sadly, going to the Safeway or Subway by the ballpark almost everyday :[ (What? Your work place doesn’t provide catered food like all other startups in the area? I’m sorry but unfortunately, I work for a large corp in the startup territory :[).
Anyways, it looks like every Monday, Wednesday and Friday there will be 4 different food trucks parked on 5^th St (next to Bright) from 11 to 2 for lunch. The location is pretty accessible by Muni too (30, 45, 10, 47) if you work a tad bit further. Definitely check out the calendar on OtG website (
) to see which trucks are coming!
I hope OtG can keep this going so I can stay on my skinny (wallet-​wise) fatty diet :)
