We were repeatedly told about the«risk-free» 100 day policy and not to worry about anything if we weren’t «100% satisfied». Not every mattress suits every person and this one didn’t work out for us. Now after 3 weeks of trying to get the return processed we find out extra fees are being charged or not refunded. So by risk free they mean roughly $ 400 if you don’t like the bed. Don’t support businesses that behave this way

SOMETHINGFISHY… I ordered their top of the line bed and accessories totaling over $ 12,000 and never received the bed. The first attempt at delivery, the delivery men told me that they couldn’t remove my old bed because it was a Tempurpedic(I disclosed this when I purchased the bed). They later confirmed that their insurance doesn’t cover the removal of that brand of bed. So… I hired another company to remove my old bed. A week later, I scheduled the redelivery. A few days after I scheduled, I received a call from their Central Office and they had no record of that delivery. So… I have them a date and the bed never came!!! I went through the same process once again, this time they assured me that the bed would be delivered. Once again, nobody called me during the 4 hour window. We tried to contact them at the end of that window and got a recording. That was tonight and I have company coming into town tomorrow with no bed! Stay tuned… Let’s see what their excuse is!!! This is like a bad movie. Well… This is the next day. They lost my bed in transit and don’t know where it is. «They are having trouble with the new system». They said they have to make a new bed and it will be two more weeks…

On a negative note, a very bad experience with a bed sold by Andy and a nightmare dealing with the customer service and the technicians. We deeply regret the lack of follow up as Andy never called us back and we sincerely thank Sarg who stepped up to the plate and knows better than Andy the products they are selling. Sarg was able to solve the issue. Sarg and Curtis, you rock! If we are buying another bed it will be because of your great work and follow up. You are true professionals.

Stopped in because I was wondering what exactly a Sleep Number bed was. The sales associate was super nice and friendly. She didn’t use any high pressure sales tactic and legitimately wanted me to just get an idea of what their products are like and to let me play around with the settings on the various different models. I left there actually considering if I should buy one even though my current mattress isn’t even a year old yet. I guess I’ll have to check back again later!
