Mostly young (but often clueless) crew. Almost always either one person runs the register, ot the other person disappears, which results in huge lines. The staff seems to be either in training or just simply not good at making drinks and heating up frozen stuff. Orders get mixed up, machines beeping often for 5+ minutes without anyone tending to them, soy forgotten, names (always) misspelled or mispronounced. Drinks are often missing an inch on top, etc. Talked to the afternoon manager, who told me that there should always be two cashiers on duty, but to no avail.

One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve seen in a long time! There is plenty of little nooks for working, and you’ll often see students pouring over their homework together from the ESL school next door.
Staff are always nice, bathrooms clean, and love it overall! Street parking seems to not be too difficult, there are always spaces right up front when I walk by. There’s also a parking garage a 100 feet away, not sure if tickets are validated though.

I chaperoned a class of kids on a field trip. We stopped by this Starbucks to pick up lunch for the adults. Not only did Starbucks make an exception and allowed the kiddos to eat their homemade lunches in their spacious café, they were generous enough to treat each child to a cup of hot chocolate. The chaperones were floored by their kindness. Starbucks, you helped make this the most memorable field trip for these fourth graders.

I didnt even get to order my drink. I was waiting outside for the cable car when I felt the wind deflate from my sails, just drove up from LA at 5am. Anywho, big and nice looking starbucks, nicer than anyone Ive seen before, but what’s the point if I can’t get any service? I walk in and there is one couple ahead of me, looks like they had been there waiting a while until someone finally took their order… My biggest problem is that there was no understanding of time, so I just left because one order took just way too long for anyone to even address let alone fill. Because of this I had to miss the next cable car and wait… Those things take surprisingly long to ready and go. I would just hope that customer service would be of priority at any sort of establishment, especially in a busy touristy spot such as this.

Every time I come to this Starbucks I am alway polite. Even though they always mess up my drink. It is the same barista that always makes it too. I ask for no foam and no whip. That isn’t a big request and every time I get my drink it had foam and whip. I wouldn’t even mind it if when I went back to ask them to take it off the give me attitude like its my fault they forgot. The barista is so rude all the time. I won’t put her name but she is the one with the attitude in the morning usually making the drinks

We dropped by this Starbucks to grab a hot drink since it was chilly enough. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. We managed to find a seat (and an outlet to charge my phone!) and rest up for a bit. The vibe is super laid back and it was quiet enough for folks doing some work there. The bathrooms are pretty clean, altho it was pretty early in the day so I can’t say what it would be like on a busy weekend day. I think you will find this location to be like many others, except with a lot more room to spread out so if you’re a big group, this location would be ideal.

The first Caramel Frappuccino extra caramel made was No Bueno! And i was told that’s how they’re made. Then CAMILLE stepped in and fixed them! The Best EVER!
If you go there ask for CAMILLE she does it right the first time!

Really nice staff, great drinks. Go to use the restroom, no toilet paper in either stall. Great people watching and nice location. Went there at 9:00 in the a.m.

This is probably the nicest Starbucks I have ever been to. When you first walk in, you think that you are at a museum or an art gallery. It has a very chic and modern interior design and the wooden floors are quite fancy. This used to be across the street which is now a seeds candy.
Being in San Francisco, I am used to Chinese Starbucks with no available seating and a bathroom that is usually not very clean. The Starbucks is the exact opposite of all of that!
They also have a ton of working space including boots that are built into the wall and some secluded table tops. If you are in the neighborhood and are not a tourist but need a nice place to go and work I highly recommend the Starbucks. I think this is the only time that I won’t give a Starbucks five stars on my review. Enjoy.

Very nice Starbucks! The ambiance was welcoming, warm (we went in January), and relaxed. Beautiful natural wooden long table in the center, Edison-inspired lighting, brick walls, lots of windows.
I believe that this location must be new because many of the staff was being trained while I was there which caused a delay in service even though I was there at 10:30am on a Wednesday and the place was fairly empty.
However, I believe over time this will be a great location, located across from the Argonaut Hotel and the Buena Vista Café.

As Starbucks go it’s a clean modern shop doing its best with high numbers at certain times. I honestly think the negative reviews are over the top. I enjoyed the long bench by the counter and it seated me and 4 children who all had hot chocolate.
No, it’s not gourmet food etc but it’s also half the price for example of 8am.

I will say that this Starbucks is one of the nicest and cleanest Starbucks I’ve been too, however the service here is pretty shaky.
The people who work here are overall friendly with their customers, but in my experiences (which I go here about 3x a week), my orders often get messed up. I have been overcharged on items consistently. My Starbucks rewards haven’t been honored on multiple occasions and when I’ve asked about it, they tell me that they applied the coupon (my receipt and bank statement say differently). I’ve also been overcharged custom drinks such as matcha water. I will go here often because it’s the closest coffee place to my work, so a perfect place to go on my 15.
I am thankful for this place being kept so clean and well decorated. So I’ll give it two stars for that!

I initially walked in here to use the restroom, not buy coffee. But, since I was already here and I could use something warm in my tummy to warm up… the Caramel Brulee Latte sounded perfect! There was no line and the staff was friendly. Although, when my husband asked to break a $ 10 bill, the cashier said he could not open the drawer until someone paid with cash. Seriously?
The drink was perfect, and tasty. This location is probably the biggest Starbucks I have ever been to. It has plenty of tables and chairs, plus a comfy cushioned sofa minus the back support. Not sure what you would call it.
The restrooms were clean, and well stocked. Although there was only one sink.
Overall, my experience was positive. However, I don’t believe you cannot open the register to make change, unless you have a customer that pays with cash.
I cannot comment on the parking as we walked here from the cable car stop.

Super sloow.
Both my friend and I went here before a wine tasting when we were jonesing for some caffeine. He ordered via app and I ordered in line. Both came out around the same time but since they didn’t say our name it was sitting there for quite a while.
Positive side: lots of seating and a great location to read/browse the web, there are windows everywhere and generally a lot of space.
Overall, typical Starbucks but with awesome views, oodles of seating, and corner windows.

Eins vorweg, wir sind Starbucks Fan. Und da wir unser Hotel ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten, sind wir morgens hier immer zum Kaffee und ein Sandwich eingekehrt. Es ist ein sehr gepflegter Laden mit wirklich schnellem und aufmerksamen Personal. Wer nicht morgens schon Rührei mit Bratkartoffeln möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Quick service and friendly staff. We ordered a cup of the Ethiopian Reserve Blend. The machine was broken but they quickly fixed it and we had that coffee within 5 minutes. We also ordered the Ham & Swiss Sandwich and an iced coffee. It is priced the same as any other Starbucks. Everything was great.

Einer der schöneren Starbucks in SanFrancisco. Großräumiger Innenraum, hell und recht ordentlich.
Es war auch nie übertrieben viel los, so dass man die Bestellung schnell bekommen hat und auch einen Sitzplatz findet.
Kostenloses WLAN gab es auch — evtl. ist das aber in allen Starbucks so…
Die Bedienung war auch recht freundlich!
