Waiting for a sandwich on an afternoon when perhaps someone is out studying for finals and there is one solo employee Nida working her tail off! Running the reg and kicking out sandwich after sandwich with a pleasant and calm smile! I come here all the time and she is fully representing this subway right now.

Went in today to purchase a sandwich. I waited in line patiently, and when it was my turn to pay there credit card machine was not working. I waited for so long for them to tell me I couldn’t purchase the sandwich for me and for me to waste more of my time to go to the bank and get cash. I feel they could have had better customer service offered me a free drink or something! I did not go and went to work Starving never coming here again!!!

Walked in with no customers and the cashier doesn’t acknowledge me. Alright that’s cool. Keeps his head down while reading a book. Even cooler. Cash only Subway?! The coolest. It’s the 21st century. How do you not take card? Didn’t try the food but I’m sure it was cool

I usually go around 11 for lunch since working in Stonestown for a month. I usually get the BMT. The service is okay. The staff seems respectful enough. The restroom is usually available and cleaner than expected. Chips are fully stocked and the soda hasn’t been flat. Overall, it is consistent with other locations.

It is so good to see a Subway Sandwich Restaurant in Stonestown. I came in around 10 – 15 minutes past 4 pm today craving for a sandwich. This time I ordered a Salami Sandwich on a 6″ wheat bread. Some of the toppings I chose were provolone cheese, pickles and lettuce. The salami sandwich was one delicious sandwich, I enjoyed it and also good enough to keep me full until dinner. The guys on duty provided prompt service and were also very friendly. This location wasn’t even super crowded when I came in. Overall, positive first experience here.

The customer service here is terrible. The older Asian lady has no manners. She started saying hi from across the room, which made me laugh a bit since I thought she was being funny but when she stood in front of me to take my order she said hi again like if I was stupid. She asked me multiple times what I wanted since she wasn’t paying attention and to top it all off the bread was really stale! I seriously love subway, but this place really screwed up.

Gross. Two black hairs baked into the bread. Called to let them know. Said the manager would call me back tomorrow, but it’s not like I’m ever going to eat there again. Disgusting.

I’ve been craving subway for about a week now, so I finally decided to go pick some up for dinner. This was my first time at this location. I ordered a footling turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread, with mostly everything on it. I’m not sure what went wrong, but the sandwich tasted… not good. The bread didn’t taste fresh, it was hard and tasted like cardboard. I also asked for avocado on my sandwich, lets just say, not a good idea… Overall, food was not satisfying at all. However, the customer service was satisfactory, hence the two star rating.

I’ve been here about three times and Subway has never failed to produce fresh sandwiches at a low price. Last Friday, three of us went here to pick up some sandwiches to take home for dinner. I ordered the chicken breast sandwich with a few slices of Swiss cheese. Sadly, they were out of sourdough bread but the 9-grain bread was a good substitute. I found the sandwich to be perfectly fine — fresh and tasty. There was only one problem: the young lady behind the counter was short and her voice bounced off the glass sneeze guard. So we had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She also could not hear us. She needs to speak louder and more clearly.

Super convenient location right by work and home. Staff was fast and courteous and my sandwich came out exactly as I wanted. Can’t go wrong with Subway.

Not great but not bad at all. Employee who look like manny pacqiao is super friendly and great service. Very polite and gets your order done quick, wish I tipped but had no extra cash. The older employee guy who look like an uncle is kind of rude and rushes the sub with bad service though. Nice place to eat at, from all subways I been to this is #1 for cleanliness. Oh and they put a nice amount if sauce and the bread is fresh(so cliché)

I wonder why there are so many Subways in San Francisco. They are mostly downtown. This is by Stonestown. I wonder why I feel the call of eating at Subway sometimes. I walk by this Subway when I go to the gym. Sometimes I think it’s healthy and sometimes I don’t think it’s healthy at all. I saw the ads for Flatizzas on TV and decided to go in this Subway to try a Flatizza. I decided to get a veggie one and got to choose all the vegetables. It would have been okay, but the cheese was put on top last and there wasn’t enough cheese on my Flatizza. It was mediocre. Better just grab a slice of pizza somewhere else, but wow Subway is now offering pizza.

This location rocks. I love that is is right near a mall. I don’t like that this location is small.

I’ve been coming to this Subway every since it had opened and I can’t say anything bad about it(even though I only come here once in a blue moon). It’s a decently clean Subway that caters to the customers, I noticed that the employees are extremely nice and have a «customers are always right» kind of attitude. I say that they are extremely nice is because recently, a friend and I walked in an noticed that a customer was complaining the the bread was over toasted and wanted the employee to remake it and he smiled and gave her a new toasted bread that was not as burnt. A PLUS: Their footlong subs are actually footlongs!

Pit stop after the gym. Speak up or else the sandwich makers can’t hear you over the a/c and music. The food is seems fresh and there’s plenty of foot traffic in this area given the mall, high schools, and other local business. Majority of the time it isn’t busy unless you hit the lunch rush, but what else do you except? My favorite is the toasted oven roasted chicken on 9 grain with melted Swiss cheese, spinach, cucumbers, tomato, green bell pepper, and sweet onion sauce. I loved that June’s $ 5 promotion was ovenroasted chicken — now it’s back to $ 6.50 for a footlong but still definitely worth the price esp compare to the strips of chicken(if you get chicken meat, get«oven roasted» because you get a slab of chicken breast vs strips that cover less surface area on your bread). They accept subway coupons and love to give you your free cookie after filling out the survey. I am a huge sucker for the cookie — well, there goes my gym results.(: Friendly, clean, fresh, not-stingy with toppings… definitely must come!

I wanted to get Japanese food but thought hey, I think I’ll get a sandwich instead because I was lazy to walk into the mall and i’ll end up saving a couple bucks. Geez… I was wrong! I ordered the footlong meatball marinara, and the guy said ok, and started making it. While making it, he says, I don’t have enough meatball for your footlong, did you want to fill it with something else? I said ok. how about the roast beef. So by the time we finished, it came time to pay. I got charged a little over $ 8 for the $ 5.95 footlong. Turns out, they charged me 1 roast beef 6 inch, and a meatball 6 inch. What a rip! If you mess up, take the cost, don’t put it off on the customer. Also, these workers NEED to speak english. The guy working back there seems to only know the ingredients and yes and no.

Maybe the slowest Subway ever, always filled with High Schoolers. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty much the only good things about this restaurant are that it is spotless, and it is at Stonestown. I went there today for the first time, excited to try out the new Subway by my house. I ordered two footlong meatball marinara’s for my boyfriend and I. The meatballs had barely any sauce on them, and they melted the cheese to the point of non-existence. It was probably the driest sandwich I have ever eaten from Subway. I asked for onions on one of them, and they literally put four tiny onion pieces on the sandwich, and when I asked for more onions, she put two more. In comparison to the amounts of lettuce, tomato, and olives, they could have been a little more generous with their onions. Once that was over with, the woman who TRIED to roll up our sandwiches broke the bread on BOTH sandwiches. She clearly didn’t give a shit whether or not the sandwich was of good quality, because she would have been more careful with it. Meatballs, lettuce, and what little sauce there was, were spilling out everywhere! You can bet I will not be going back to this Subway unless I am literally starving to death and it is right in front of me, or if I’m stoned out of my skull and need a snack.(But even then, I’d probably walk to the food court… That really says something.) All in all, this place did not impress me. If you want to go to Subway, I’d say it’s worth it to use the extra 10 minutes to go to the one on SFSU’s campus. Seriously. And if you’re too lazy to do that, go to the food court. You won’t regret it.

As a new subway, you can tell they are trying really hard to give you the best service possible. Greeting you as you walk in, great timely assistance, fast service, and even helped me with a cookie problem. Take advantage of this while the Honey-moon period is as fresh as their veggies ;)
