It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t that good. Their bread is amazing here. Not opposed to eating it again but I wouldn’t pay for it.

This place is amazing. I ate here 2 days in a row and it was pretty darn good and I don’t care how fat it would make me. I want more!!! The double pepper mushroom is what I purchased. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and good. They offer a «monster» sandwich which is pretty much cardiac arrest on a plate but delicious from what I heard. Check them out!

There is a fine line between being an honest business and being a greedy business. I needed a single roll for a sandwich I was making at the office. I by chance happened to be steps away and figured hey I’ll just snag a nice soft cheese steak roll, can’t be more than a buck. WRONG! I inquired how much a roll was and was greeted with a chuckle by the cashier. The cashier asks the guy manning the grill and he is puzzled saying hmm not sure never sold it like that before. He walks over to the manager looking fellow also at the grill and after a few words turns around and says $ 3. Really??? An item you don’t even know what your overhead cost is per roll so you just toss out a ludicrous random greedy amount near half the price of a sandwich. Dishonest and shady, will definitely not be back. Ever!!!

The good — friendly service, fast and good portions. The bad — price, meat not mixed with cheese and texture. I bought a regular size mushroom cheesesteak and curly fries — this came out to $ 12.22 with tax. I realize that we pay more in SF but this was hard to swallow. In philly I had two similar sized cheesesteaks for $ 5 and tax. This seems to be a couple bucks too much even in SF. The flavor was good but there was not much texture. Not many onions and it really needed peppers. My local place loads them with peppers and it really makes a difference. The meat is not mixed with the cheese and it falls out when you take bites. As said, the flavor and portions were good. If it were not so expensive I would go back often and probably stick with the Dragon Philly that comes with jalapeños. Edit — just read that they have peppers at the condiment bar. Wish I noticed that! So then it is really just the price that gives me pause here if the peppers are still available.

I enjoyed the cheese steak. It was tasty but I dont know that I would go out of my way to get this cheese steak like some of the spots back east. The service was great and the attitude was friendly.

I’ve came here on two occasions. The first was for dinner on a weekday since I needed energy before going to the gym. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl for about $ 8.50. I am sad to say that the portion size didn’t seem worth that price and there was a lot of teriyaki sauce. Moreover, there was small amounts of chicken like the ones in fried rice. I was left with about two scoops of white rice when all the chicken was gone. I can’t just eat rice alone, I still felt hungry after and just left. The next was about a week later, I got a mushroom cheesesteak regular size with wiz. I am disappointed to say it did not meet my expectations. For $ 9.24 I expect to be full, I doubt that the meat was fresh. The meat or food wasn’t flavorful or juicy for the matter. Overall, I think this place is a waste of money and that there are way better cheesesteaks and food options out there.
