It has been over 8 years since doing a transaction with this company and it still is a very painful memory and experience. Two agents in this firm sold us a property that was over-valued. One agent was the seller and agent representing himself. The other agent represented us. The day after we closed escrow the tenant defaulted in rent and within one month they said they were bankrupt. The personal guarantor for the tenant was no where to be found. The agent/seller did not disclose any issues with the tenants even though we think he knew something about the tenant and guarantor. Lost over a million dollars in equity on this deal. I would never trust this company for commercial real estate transactions.

This is an update to my original review on 12−12−14 in response to Mr. Martindale, who was gracious enough to reply to my initial posting. Mr. Martindale, while you are correct that you cannot alter sites that data-mine, you nevertheless do have control over your own servers. I came across Ms. Villaraza’s information from a file advertising the Marina Village Shopping Center originating from your own site: …additionally, your site still lists this property, which implies your affiliation with it(after all, why list a property if you have nothing to do with it?): In any case, I have raised my original rating by two stars, as it is rare for a large company to have its president directly respond to criticism and accept responsibility for lack-luster phone staffing. Thank you Mr. Martindale.
