Ali’s Construction

So I’m up and about early on a Saturday morning, day after 4^th of July, just got a car wash and thought I’d head over and check out how our house is coming along which Ali’s Construction is building. I pull up to my street and lo and behold, I see not one, not two, but three pick-​ups in front of our site, the guys are already hard at work at 9am on a Saturday after a holiday!
This is my first construction project so I certainly don’t have the experience to comment on other builders, but driving through Cupertino I passed no less than 5 other in-​progress new home constructions and saw no activity. So it seems to me that my builder works pretty hard compared to his competition; I appreciate that being a hard worker myself.
It’s been great with Ali’s Construction so far in building our home. Ali is straight forward, knowledgable in all aspects of home building, responsive, and easy to talk to. Another thing we really appreciate is that Ali has built enough volume of homes that he’s been able to build relationships with various vendors (i.e. windows, flooring, etc.). This is awesome because one: the vendors he recommends are knowledgeable and capable like himself and two: they give us the special «Ali’s Construction» discount.
We are super looking forward to completing our build and moving into our new home. Definitely going to invite Ali to celebrate with us at the house warming party!
