I have no clue what these other guys are talking about i have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and have received nothing but great help, support and understanding from both doctor and staff most of all Naz thanks

I was coaxed to come back here by my chiro. I noticed that most of the front-end staff was replaced from my last visit and I was told they hired a new office manager. This brought me a little relief but I was still skeptical. This time things went smoothly and did have a chance to meet with Dr. Petros. He was very thorough and actually spent much more time speaking to me than I’m used to with most doctors, so I appreciate that. He even provided me with in-home treatments right there on the spot. This appointment went much smoother but I’m still not certain that all previous concerns have been remediated.

I was referred to Dr. Petros by my primary care physician, and I was pretty skeptical since I have been dealing with a lot of back pain after a devasting car accident some years ago. I have been on a multitude of various medications. Dr. Petros was extremely sensitive and spend the necessary time to get to the root of my pain by doing a nerve test. No other Dr. has done the adequate amount of research to care. He was sensitive and caring to my health issues and listened to everything I had to say. His background as a physician was most impressive, I found out that he is a TRIPLEBOARDCERTIFIEDSPECIALIST and is Stanford trained. He has won numerous awards for his pain specialty. In conclusion, Dr. Petros recommended an epidural injection and I finally have been pain free for 9 months and have completely come off all the pain medications I have been taking for years! Dr. Petros has drastically touched my life because I am able to live the quality of life I had been missing before.

My experience is pretty similar to Joe’s. I’ve been seeing doctor Petros for months now and just about every time anything administrative needs to be done, the staff drops the ball. Whether it’s faxing something to insurance companies or to HR, or fulfilling simple records requests — it’s the same thing every time — it’s either very very late, or lost altogether. Turn around on any records request always takes 2 weeks minimum(that’s their policy — ridiculous I know) and usually they ‘forget’ or ‘lose’ things and then you have to resubmit the request and wait another 2 — 4 weeks. Once it took me 2 months to get a simple records request processed when it was originally promised to me one week from the original request. More often than not I show up 15 minutes to half hour early for appointments and still am not seen until upwards of an hour after the scheduled appointment time — which is kind of funny considering Joe’s story… why is it that if he’s half hour late for an appointment they can’t see him until much, much later, but they end up seeing you an hour late most times anyways… wouldn’t that mean he was in fact half an hour early? Anywho… just thinking out loud. The doctor on the other hand is very thorough, kind, and seems to really know his stuff. There have been a few times where he walks into the appointment and shuffles through reports and records that should probably have been reviewed prior to the appointment — that was kind of concerning. But overall I have to say he’s above average compared to other doctors. Unfortunately, you have to fight through all of the administrative issues to even get to the doctor which makes it not worth it. Don’t get me wrong, I write positive reviews and am not typically overly critical… but this situation is quite deserving and I feel like I’m doing my part as a consumer to warn others to avoid the mistake I made. Bottom line: If you value your time and your sanity, don’t waste your time here. The only reason I still see him is because I’m in a situation in which it’s just easier to move forward until my treatment is done rather than reestablishing care somewhere else. Very poor service overall. Requests get lost or forgotten completely and you’re almost always seen 45 to an hour later than your scheduled appointment time. Boo…
