Been to archanas place for eyebrow threading– shes toooo good and the best part is the massage on the eyebrows afterwards :)

I called around a few places because I was really wanting to get a nice henna design on my palms. Archana was very easy to work with and her communication was fantastic throughout. Her studio was very comfortable and nice, and she did her own spin on a design I liked that I sent her a picture of. Well, she nailed it. It’s far better than I could imagine! She worked quickly and efficiently and she is clearly an artist. Price was exceptionally reasonable for the quality, and she quoted me in advance based on what I wanted. Thank you so much for your beautiful work! I’ve gotten tons of compliments!!!

Omg… never did I think my bf would ever pay attention to the symmetry and fullness of my eyebrows enough to comment on them but he has. Numerous times now.
I came to Archana with my eyebrows being way F*cked up thanks to Hollywood Eyebrow.
She fit me into her schedule no problem and talked to me about her plans to fix them and the stages we’d have to go through. I’ve been her client for about 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I love that she’s extremely flexible with her scheduling and takes the time to tell you what’s new. She has both a home beauty salon and works at the new Hana Beauty Salon on Bascom.
For only $ 10 a visit, an eyebrow massage with Burt’s Bees Wax and precise handwork, I wouldn’t even dare think of going to anyone or anywhere else ever again.

Archana is a brow whisperer! She pays close attention to detail and is an expert. She has a gentle touch and cares about her clients. She is thorough and will take her time to fix your brows. After perfecting your brows she will give you an eyebrow/​temporal massage, which eases the stinging sensation. Archana has never disappointed me. I always walk out 100% satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend her! :)
Also, she is a great henna artist.
Tip: She goes by appointment, so make sure to give her a call first. She provides services at Hana Salon and at her home studio. You can schedule an appointment at one of the two locations depending on what works for you.

She is friendly and very efficient. I loved that we discussed what I want to do with my eyebrows before she even pulled out the threads. And she gave me some very useful tips.

Archana is friendly, very efficient, and a skillful threader. I got my eyebrows done, and it was my first time. I will definitely be back. I appreciate that she consulted me first before changing the shape of my eyebrows, too. And the eyebrows massage felt great. :)

I found Archana in Unilocal and what a gem! She does a great job on my eyebrows, after threading they look natural and neat, no breakouts afterwards and she does it with tender care; a super plus is the massage afterwards, it makes me feel relaxed and the products she uses smell beautiful!
She can schedule you at the salon or at her house, depending on the schedule and location that works best for you; she is quite on time and you are out in 10 minutes (with a happy and clean face ;))

Love her! My regular eyebrow lady moved away a few years ago and I tried 6 different salons before I found Archana. She does a great job every time and her prices are good. She is flexible with scheduling and always makes sure I’m happy before I leave. I’ve never tried henna but I’ve seen some of her work as they were leaving and they were beautiful. Very talented lady!

The brows looked good and she was fast but I found her very rough. She kept pulling on my upper lip with the thread and it was way rougher than anyone else I’ve had threading my face. When I commented on it she insisted that this was how it had to be done. The face massage started okay but then she started pressing on my eye sockets and forehead REALLY hard and I had a headache all day as a result. It was almost as if she was mad because I said something about her threading. To top it all off, the oil she used on me gave me two big pimples on my forehead later that day that hurt like a mother f*cker. I never should have tried someone else and just stayed with the gentle and sweet Kitty from Hair Affair.

Love Archana! Been coming to her for about a year now and she gets my brows right every time! Highly recommend her to anyone!

All i did was call to inquire on threading availability… service i recieved… bad and rude attitude! UNACCEPTABLE. It’s very unfortunate because I called based on the posted reviews. Onto the next… to post this, I had no choice but to give 1 star.

She is nice. Really nice person. And she shaped my eyebrows great. Like her and coming back.

This really is as good as it gets. Archana is sweet and friendly without being fake. She does an amazing job — very thorough and she asks you what your thoughts are BEFORE she starts in on you. I used to get my eyebrows done at the mall (different locations every time because I was never fully satisfied with any one of them) — it was a big pet peeve of mine when they start working on your brows without asking for your opinion first. Archana gave me some very good advice about how to tend my brows and even did an education in-​service on how brows can look uneven. She is prompt and will send you a text reminder the day before. After the threading, she does an eyebrow massage with a Burt’s Bees product — a nice touch that I’ve never experienced before. Check her out — she’s now my eyebrow lady and I’m very impressed with her work. Oh, and I did eyebrow and upper lip for a total of $ 15. There was another place I was planning on going to but it was charging around 30 for just the eyebrows — no thanks!

Bad attitude! I had a 2pm appointment, reached there at 2:12pm. She was still with a client. She walked up to me and said — ‘I cannot take you in. I have a 2:15 and I have to go pick up my daughter.’
So, if she was still with a client at 2:12pm and had a 2:15pm, how would she have had time for another 2pm. And yes, I was late, and it was ok for her to refuse service, but the attitude was the worst I have seen in a long time!

I’m in love with my henna! This was my first time doing henna and she was awesome! I brought it some pictures to give her a reference, but from looking at the Unilocal pictures, I told her she could do whatever. Super happy! I’ll be back for more henna soon! :)

I’ve been going to Archana for my eyebrows for a few months now and she does a phenomenal job everytime. When I first came to Archana, my eyebrows were thin from waxing. I told her that I wanted my brows to be thicker and I wanted to reshape them. She has Helped me grow them out and reshape them and I LOVE how my brows look.
I have also started to thread my upper lip/​chin instead of waxing and my skin is benefiting from it! Needless to say I won’t be going back to waxing anytime soon.
I highly recommend Archana for all your threading needs!
*Update! 02/​02/​15*
I got a facial from Archana today after my face threading and I can easily say that it was one of the best facials I’ve ever gotten. The mask was cooling and so relaxing. The relaxing music in the background had me fading in and out of sleep. After she wiped
Off the mask with a warm scented towel, my face felt so hydrated and amazing. I can’t wait until my next one!

Archana is the rockstar of the Eyebrowns!!!
Went have mine done yesterday and she just blow my mind!

Had my second round of eyebrow threading and I’ve got to say, Archana’s doing a great job! We’re slowly getting to the shape that I want and seeing as my hair growth is a bit on the slower side, we’re gonna try every 3 weeks instead of 2. So to potential clients, you’ve got options of wait time! And, as always, Archana finishes up each eyebrow session with a nice eyebrow/​temple massage.

Archana is not only patient and sweet but a great listener! In the past I have always had issues with my eyebrows being too thin, or not getting what I asked for, so I was hesitant going in.
Archana really listened to what I needed and came up with a game plan how to get my brows to look amazing. She told me what I needed to do to maintain them for my next visit and made an appointment for me to come back. I have never had anyone tell me in detail how my eyebrows are and I really liked that she paid attention to what I said in the beginning to make sure I leave happy.
She’s sanitary, quick and thorough.
I really appreciate great customer service combined with an amazing skill and she has it!
