Come out for dinner – Dining Out For Life!

Dine out for life was an fun and great concept to raise money for the Health Trust AIDS services. 25% or more of your meal for the night goes to the trust and it’s absolutely no effort on your part at all.
You just need to make a reservation at one of the participating restaurants, go there, dine as you usually would and viola! You’re helping the world one foodie experience at a time. I highly recommend participation in this event next year when it comes around as it goes to different cities and has different dates. It’s a great cause that you barely have to lift a finger for and tastes great while you’re at it.

I was there, along with fellow Unilocalers Cindy C., Tram N., Carol L., Lorrie M., Henry L., and the fantastic host, Connie C.
Had a fabulous evening catching up with friends and learning about new happenings and sampling all the delicacies and alcoholic delights on offer.
The food at Kaama continues to impress and the alcoholic drinks (especially my very dry Ketel One tonic, up with a twist) really delivered a great punch! Happy to to report that Kaama is improving in the service but they still have room for a little more improvement since they still forgot some of our orders. In all fairness, we were a large group with people joining the party at different times but still, I hope Kaama gets this aspect right soon — they have everything else going perfectly for them.
Had a great evening… good food and drink, some of the best people to spend an evening with, good music and ambiance and, at the end of the day, a cause that cannot be beat!
