Domino’s Pizza

I ordered a BBQ chicken (see my pic). I am regular customer of pizza hut, and wanted to try this place once. I am not really impressed with the pizza I got. It didn’t have enough meat in it, wasn’t baked enough. I don’t think I will be trying this place again.

Sad to have to write this. But this is the second time in a row — on separate occasions, where our family has ordered pizzas from this Dominos on Aborn and they have arrived with very large bubbles throughout. Not even my 2^nd grader (who eats anything) will eat it. They need to get this situation addressed.

Ordered online and had no problems at all. Unilocal also gives you a meter of the pizza being processed as it happens. Came 25 minutes later to pick up pizza and everything was ready. Pepperoni pizza was bland nothing special. Ordered a combo with sliced sausage, pineapple and mushrooms which tasted great. After eating the pizza my stomach started to hurt. Not sure if I will eat here again, definitely won’t recommend it to friends.

The pizza is okay never been too bad but can vary, same with other items like the Parmesan bites.
Customer service is horrendous though.
The cashier a women maybe in her 30s is horrible. We were the first in the restaurant to pick up our pizza, I saw our order on the Counter, she looks at it, pretends not to see it, looks around sees another order next to ours in and calls out the name, it turns out to be a guy who was behind us when we had been waiting longer.
She pushes us aside as she gives him his order, I was so angry. She then goes straight for our order and gives it to us-​_​– idk why she didn’t give it to us to begin with the first time. She has been very rude and superrrrrr slow multiple times, she’s one of the main reasons I don’t like this dominos, horrible customer service.

Terrible English. Had to keep repeating myself because I couldn’t understand what they were saying and I’ll be lucky if my order was done correctly

Just ordered an online delivery for a BBQ chicken med & half pineapple. I customized it. The lady called me right after informing that it’d be am extra 20 minutes for my order to get here. I said alright, at least she called. I got frustrated waiting for my order about 35 mins and called and asked for a discount. She told me she informed me at first so she couldn’t. I said alright. (you can tell how much patience I have) the delivery guy came 40 mins in. He was hella chill, and they brought a complimentary 2 liter coke for the wait. Hell yeah! You know I tipped. 4 stars for the generosity. One less because of the wait.

I went to order a medium pepperoni pizza on the phone so it could be delivered at my home, and the indian lady who answered was really horrible. An hour later after we ordered the person still didn’t give us our pizza! Ugh! So like I called again for asking where our pizza was and like she was like omg sorry I couldn’t find or where your address and I was getting hungry! what the heck! Where’s my pizza! It is going to take another 45 minutes what the heck ugh! While I was talking she was talking in her indian language to another coworker. A friend of mine who happened to be indian knew what she was saying and it was about us! HOW RUDE! I’m literally so done right now. Don’t ever order online

I haven’t had Domino’s in at least over 25 years. I have to say, all those commercials about Domino’s being «new and improved»… FALSE! The food was terrible! We got two pizzas (sausage/​salami and ham/​pineapple) and a bowl of sausage marinara. All of it was terrible! The food was extremely salty and the cheese was grainy.
I’ll be honest, we had some leftover slices half of the pasta. We just dumped it all.

One of the worst service I have seen. The guy in the front it looks like he does not want to give service. and rather just SELL pizza… He refused to take or try coupons because I order Chicken + Veg combo together. What a crap…
I will never go to this store again.

This location is great for ordering online! I love the variety they offer. Never out of pineapple like Pizza Hut and those Parmesan Bites! Never had any problems! i

Haven’t even ordered pizza because we’ve called 3 times and got put on hold for 5 minutes each time.
Their website is down so we can’t even order there…

Orders are rarely correct and any attempt to fix an order falls on deaf ears. I don’t know why I continue to give this place business

Something is going wrong in their kitchen, chicken tastes like mush, sauce had no flavor, and the dough was not fully cooked! I love all types of pizza from little cesar’s to cpk, but this place needs an intervention! !!!

Not only was the pizza undercooked and terrible tasting (cheese was like plastic, bread too doughy and flavorless) the toppings were stingy! Tiny little pieces of vegetables (which suffered in flavor since the pizza was undercooked) were not every distributed across the pizza and we’re in short supply on the pie. Also, there wasn’t any crust on a few pieces. The whole pizza was soggy. The only good thing was that the delivery was quick, which makes it a 1 star. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Never ordering again. Whomever is running this franchise is cheap and has terrible kitchen staff.

Really dominos?!?
I place my order online for two med pizzas and some cheesy bread at 630pm. It says it’ll be ready in 9 – 14 mins. I come 40 mins later and you say it’ll be ready in a few minutes. I wait 10 minutes and check in with your workers and they say 10 minutes now?! Then I tell her how long I’ve waited and she changes her time to «it’ll be ready in 5 minutes» Wtf. So basically I’ll be waiting an hour…
It would’ve been nice for you to let me know when I first arrived it would take 15 more minutes. Btw, thanks for saying hello as I walk in the door but not come and help me out nor say «I’ll be with you shortly»
First time ordering here and I’m never ordering from here again.

I just wanted to put a review before I really have a bad experience and put one for that and drag their rating down further. I feel, by reading here in Unilocal,that most of the review are negative by folks who had bad enough experience to write a review. I don’t think they are good enough to compel to write a positive one. So doing one after ordering Pizza for last 3 years.
In last 3 years or so Dominos have never let us down. It always is our go to place for delivery. Easy and efficient online ordering, even from phone. And they are CHEAP. compare to some other ones out there.
Delivery has always been on time.
All in all. not out of the world pizza, but works when you are lazy enough not feeling like driving anywhere to pick one up or eat there.

If I could I would rate this 0 stars this place is unbelievable there is an employee by the name of Sir gender I know I’m not spelling the name correctly but today Saturday December 13^th I ordered cheesy bread and a pasta bowl I received my order through delivery when I bit into the stuffed cheesy bread I literally bit into a mouth full of dough at first I thought it was cheese so I swallowed it began to take a second bite and noticed the food was extremely moist I looked closer and noticed it was completely filled with dough inside of the cheesy bread I immediately called back dominos Sarah one of the employees who took my order stated she needed to call her manager regarding this situation when she called back sir gender (I’m assuming) could have been manager on duty gave me an attitude basically called me a liar and made me feel as if I was trying to get something for free! I told her I have proof of the dough ! she said she wouldn’t be able to give me my money back or make my food correctly if I didn’t have all the food that was given to me by the delivery boy. I told her no I didn’t have the whole cheesy bread I was so angry I tossed it out but saved the handful doe ! i asked her what do you want me to do to get out of my trash can? I asked for her name she said she doesn’t have to give it to me I asked for the manager name she said she did not have to give it to me neither! now, I know she’s completely wrong if a customer is asking for the manager’s name the customer should be given that information she was pretty much trying to cover her behind.
finally what felt like pulling teeth from this women! the second delivery driver came to drop off my cheesy bread «it supposedly should have been cooked properly «I did not dare eat it I was too afraid she might have spit into it from what I experienced I wouldn’t expect nothing but! he the delivery boy was nicer and more understanding I showed him the handful of dough and he was disgusted I asked him what was the lady’s name I was speaking to he then told me it was sir gender! I am warning everybody do not go to this place! I literally have a stomach ache now! I did post two pictures of the dough it should be in the Gallery. Overall this experience was horrific horrifying disgusting and extremely unbelievable I would never recommend this to anybody.

Don’t know why this place has such low ratings. Dominos’ pizza is amazing! Service is was great and the pizza was affordable. Got a medium pizza for just $ 7.99. Got a half bacon & chicken with pineapple & ham. Twas BOMB!

We had some friends drop by unexpectedly and decided to pick up some pizzas for dinner. Placed the order online, super easily. Not going to lie when i say the past experiences weren’t great with online orders. I thought about calling to confirm but decided to take a chance.
When I got there, the person helping out were super friendly. Pizzas were also ready as ordered.
