Pizza Hut

I’m shocked at the reviews; I’ve been a patron of this Pizza Hut for almost a decade now and except for one time where they mixed up my order with another (they now remedy this by showing you the food before you take it and leave), I haven’t had any problems. My only issue is the increase in prices but given in this economy, I suppose that’s understandable. My advice is to order online for carry-​out and try not to place it just before they’re closing.

Place an order online for delivery and this is the second-​third time they forgot the sauce for the breadsticks and I had to call the store again and complain about it. I should have gave them tips for them or paid for my food. I should have got it for free.

I placed my online order for carry-​out, about 6 hours before the pick up time. I then realized I had to be 45-​minute-​late so I called to request the change of pick up time. The person who answered the phone was polite and prompt, he located my order and my name, then changed the picked up time.
There was no online payment option, so I just went in to pick up. The manager Jose was nice and quick, grabbed the hot and fresh pizzas and opened the boxes to make sure they got the order right. Everything was very smooth, I took home hot and fresh pizzas.
I’ll definitely do the same thing again, for those who ordered last minute and had to wait, maybe it’s a good idea to place your orders earlier.

I placed an online order 2 days in advance for our party to be picked up at 5:30. Gave no option for payment other than cash at pick up. Upon arrival, the pizza was not ready and they took payment and then proceeded to make and bake the pizza. We had to sit and wait for more than 30 minutes. No apologies were said. The website clearly stated the pizza would be ready by 5:30. This is unacceptable! The 2 stars are for the pizza itself, maybe we thought it tasted good because we were all too hungry by that time.

Very busy location, highly recommend calling in your order or placing order online. Talk about great savings wings, check them out on Wednesday. My favorites and recommend: Hut favorite on crust and fresh spinach.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks online and they delivered it without marinara sauce. 3^rd time this has happened. I called to inform them they forgot my marinara sauce yet again, the cashier had the gall to tell me to order it in person instead of online. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Spoke to Johanna on the phone to place an order for pick-​up and she was very patient with me while trying to figure our what to order with my husband. She was really nice and very helpful. Definitely going here again… Especially for their stuff crust! The only reason why it’s a 4 star is only because the my order was still a little pricey.

The service sucks at this place. I made an order online and paid online. Instead of delivering my order, they cancelled it. Without giving me a refund. I had to call to find out the status of my order and was finally told they cancelled it! So stupid! They offered to make the order for free but will take another 45 mins to 1 hr. They can’t even handle a simple take out order!

My bf has gotten sick from their pizza twice. Try to order 45 – 60 minutes before they close if you don’t want a half rushed pizza. I also noticed this little corner attracts a few homeless people and drunk people walking around in the afternoons and evenings. The staff could care less about customer service as long as you pay for your pizza.
The pizza overall at this location reminds me of little Caesars $ 5 pizza. The crust is thin, pizza is thin, thin pepperoni slices, thin layer of cheese. I tried the new twisted crust pizza and never realized it was going to be breadsticks in a circle on top of the crust instead of weaved in like described and in the photo.
There’s a dominos pizza across the street and little Caesars down the road if you want better tasting pizza and friendly workers. If you want cheap little Caesars is down the street about 1 mile as well.

If I can give 0 stars I would. The service at this place is just way too slow. I placed an online order of wings to picked up. They gave me an estimate time of 30 minutes before picking up. Upon getting there the time they said it would be ready. They have told me it was going to be another 15 minutes before my wings are ready. I honestly don’t believe that it takes 45 mins just to get an order of 8 wings. They said the reason they were slow is because they are understaffed, I’m not sure if having 10 people is understaffed.
After waiting the 15 mins they told me, j went up to ask about my wings, the girl at the register said that it would be another 15 mins with a puzzled look. Does it really take an hour just to make some wings. I will definitely not coming back to this place.

First time here, usually go to the one on senter rd. this Pizza Hut is very big, clean and has air conditioner. The cashier, not sure if his name is Jose, who helped today was very friendly. He showed me the pizza to make sure it was correct. My new go to Pizza Hut

Johannah was the cashier and she denied giving paper plates, cups, tissue paper or chilli flakes when asked. She said either they don’t provide or they are out of it.
When my Pizza was ready, another person happily provided chilli flakes and tissues along with my pizza which left me wondering why initial cashier behaved like that. May be she did not like my tip or she did not like my race!

Pizza can’t be rocket science. We ordered 1 large pizza, garlic bread, 2 drinks, and 4 sides of ranch (Bf loves his ranch). The young guy working repeated our order to us a few times (in a low, mumbling voice) and kept getting it wrong. After 4 attempts of a pretty simple order, we think he has it right… of course we were wrong, he charged us for regular breadsticks along with the garlic. Why would two people want so much food? So I explain we only want the garlic one, and the manager explains it’s already charged and they can’t refund it. I worked with atm machines before and last time I checked they all have a refund option. It’s usually option 3. But whatever, my smart ass-​ness isn’t going to get us anywhere. So he gives me two beers for the Bf to make up the difference. Mistakes happen, that’s not that bad… Right?! Wrong…
Thennnnn the family next two us receives our pizza… they take it back up to explain it isn’t theirs. So then we have our pizza before the garlic bread. So my Bf tells the guy we still need our garlic bread and ranch. He looks at the other table (it’s clear to see they have the garlic bread also) confused. They bring us garlic bread when we’re done eating with 1 ranch… I must sound like a pain right about now but they also charged us $ 2 for 4 sides of ranch… pizza was decent. Service should be negative stars on here. To top it off the Warriors game was on and they weren’t even playing it, but we didn’t bother asking bc that would of been another episode in it self.
Long story short… now we know why the wait at round table was an hour across the street… Here’s a pic of the lame «Texas Toast» you can get at the grocery store. Lol… my Bf isn’t allowed to bring me here again!!!

Ordered my pizza at 11:30pm knowing that they close at midnight, but they still took my order and charged my card letting me know it would be delivered within 25minutes. It’s been an hour and they have yet to give me a call and when I tried to call they just kept letting the phone ring. I understand it’s very close to closing time and I wouldn’t have mind if they had just told me they couldn’t take my order but making me wait an hour and not even calling is unprofessional. NEVER getting food from here again! They obviously don’t care much about their customers.
How are they still a business?!

I placed a big order on Friday because I would understand that it would probably take time to cook. I requsted it to be delivered by NOON 12:00 P.M. and its not here! It’s 12:24 P.M. I’m so disappointed in their service! This is not professional at all! The last time I had to order from the one on Story Rd cus they never answer the phone. NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Ha! Service! What service?! Worst service I’ve ever received. George on the phone wouldn’t even take our order cause it was a few minutes before closing. We’re loyal customers!!! You’ve lost customers for life. Bye Pizza Hut!

My first impression was ewww it’s dirty but it was busy so I gave them a pass.
Okay. so this is my first time in here. I had to wait a while before someone helped me although I was standing RIGHT AT THE REGISTER with close to 5 staff. But some were delivery guys.
SOOOOOOO… where is the visible menu? The lady did put a menu out for me to order from.
We ordered cheese sticks a medium supreme pizza and 8 honey bbq wings. Which totaled $ 30.20.
I was told there would be a 30 minute wait and that was okay. We walked to the Whack eat SaveMart and got pop and chips.
Came back and still had to wait.
They really need to turn up the ac in this piece IT’S HOT geesh.
Lesson learned. ORDER ON LINE AND PICK UP!

This Pizza Hut was good until the other day 7÷29÷14 around 10:30 pm. I ordered online 30 minutes before the restaurant was close and I got sick for like 2 days with a stomach ache, like it won’t digest the food right. The pizza was a large meat lover with cheese crust.

Maybe the oven is broken. I hardly every give one stars but man and ehem.women. My pizza was gross.
Please save yourself the trouble and go to another location, another place. anywhere else.
The $ 10 any deal pizza lured me in, but it also kicked me out!
