Kari Knapstad, L.Ac.

Kari has treated both of my shoulders over the last 6 months. She is knowledgable, professional and has a sense of humor that I find refreshing. I come out of my appointments feeling so much better. I refer to her treatment as «educated magic», as she uses her well developed education, and her hands and needles to help me move more freely and reduce the pain I’m having. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve known Kari for 15 years and my body is healthier due to her many healing offerings. Most recently she’s been working on me using NAET and the results have been been spectacular. I have had a lifelong allergy to newprint ink… being around it caused my eyes to itch severely and within seconds of touching it I could taste it in my mouth. I could never read a newspaper and had to buy used books that had «outgassed» enough for me to handle them. I even tried putting paperbacks inside a ziplock bag to read them, didn’t work. One NAET treatment and I no longer react. The test was my trip to Europe a couple of weeks ago. I was seated next to a guy with a newpaper who kept opening it to it’s full 4′ extension to turn the pages… was worried they’d have to find me another seat on an over crowded flight… but nothing happened! Yes, it still smelled bad, but I had no reaction! Can’t wait to be cleared for fish so I can eat it again after 13 years of restriction. She blends accupuncture with NAET and other modalities, tuning in intuitively to create the maximum healing… what a joy!

Kari is amazing… caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. I first met her through her massage work and then became a patient in her acupuncture practice. The clinic is nestled in a wooded area along the Los Gatos Creek Trail… it is beautiful and serene. The treatments have been very helpful and I look forward to my appointments.
I have begun bringing her into the work place as part of our employee wellness initiative. Everyone loved her!
