Well this is years overdue. This is by far the best, most efficient paint store I have ever used. I always seem to have some special need that requires expertise, and this is definitely the place to get it. Martin runs a well trained crew that operates efficiently. Everybody is quite helpful, always respectful, and gives me great service every time. Thank You Kelly Moore Blossom Hill and and team.

We’ve been dealing with this branch for years and have always had the best of service and advice. Recently, Eddie Contreras helped us out by checking some over-the-hill paint we’ve had on hand for too long, and recommended paint for a small job we were having contracted. We’ll be back whenever we have any paint needs.

Last time I was here the service sorta rushes on what type of paints to buy. If you are a wall artist and knows a lot about colors and the quality of paints, this place would be like a candy shop for you. Better price than The Home Depot.

Great paint store with quality stuff, but can be a bad experience if you end up speaking to the wrong person. So I don’t know much about painting walls. I know it. I recently bought a house and had to re-paint some of the walls after some plumbers had to cut into the walls to perform plumbing repairs. I wanted to keep the same color so I checked the paint cans the seller left behind. Long story short, I primed and painted the walls then saw the color matched, but was slightly off — the areas I just painted were more glossy. Not sure what I did wrong, I went to Kelly Moore since that was the brand of the paint. The guy who helped me seemed annoyed just to be talking to me. He knew what the problem was(I used semi-gloss and the rest of the was were using flat paint) and how to fix it, but he explained it in the most condescending way possible. I think his attitude towards me was mixture of me being a painting novice and also a woman. When my paint was ready, he set the can on the counter, sighed and then mumbled«would you like me to help you to your car?» I really wish I got his name. He was white, had redish or light brown hair and a small beard. Yes, I made a stupid mistake, but I don’t think that excuses bad customer service. My fiancé and I decided we could probably use another can of paint and he wanted to go back to this store. I really did not want to go back to this Kelly Moore again after my experience there, but it was the closest one to us so didn’t have much of a choice. This visit was much more pleasant. Maybe because this time we knew what we were doing, or because I was there with my fiancé — but most importantly there were different people on staff. It was a much better shopping experience the second time around.
