Little Caesars Pizza

Don’t even bother going to this Little Caesars place. This was the second time that they did this to me!!! I called in to make an order, which they said it’d take about 15−20mins before it’s ready. I gave them 25−30mins before coming in. Guess what? They didn’t even make that order from the call or weren’t aware of the order being placed even though I gave them my name and phone when they asked during the call in. Like WTF?! And then the employee says that it should be ready soon, which I clearly see them trying to make it now after I came in the store and then the process took a wait of another 20mins before I got my order. Seriously if you guys are not going to even honor the customer’s order over the call in don’t even bother taking in orders, I’m not sure whether they ‘DID’ do the order but then gave it to another customer which comes in to place the order in person, or what before mine. I’m just pissed and I’m never going to this place again.

The staff could not get their stuff together. So unorganized. It was so packed with customers waiting for their pizzas for over an hour. People asking for their money back. You would think that they know when the peek times would be and would be prepared for this. But they weren’t. I most likely won’t be coming to this location again.
If other locations are like this, then chances are I won’t be going back to Little Caesars for a very long time.

I come here every other day because I have an extremely picky child at home. This has been the best experience by far!

I just witnessed something pretty cool. I was ordering food and a homeless man walks in and says give me some sauce for my bread that I scored out of the trash. The cashier said that he couldn’t he would have to pay. The man looked at him with a blank stare. Then the cashier went right into conversation with the man about how he found a ring and put it on his necklace. And well the homeless man moved on. That was cool. I guess you would have had to be there. Good job john. Hope to order from you again.

This pizza is great for hungry teenagers! Luv the fact that they have the hot & ready pizza. There usually isn’t a wait, I’m almost always out less than five minutes.

The people here are friendly and I only get the breadsticks, I am not that crazy about the pizza at all. Great for coming here on lunch or after shopping at Walmart or Lucky’s. Definitely come stop by!

There is something about this pizza that I really like — I always get the deep dish and I actually really like it. The service here is good, They stay busy so I tend to call my order in so I don’t have to wait.

I have been to many locations, but this one had 1) friendly staff 2) cleanliness 3) speedy service. All wins in my book!
My favorite thing though is that they are always stocked with $ 5 Hot and Ready Pizzas that are FRESH and ready to go. That is great just in case you are in a pinch and need cheap pizza fast.
Tip: If you know you’ll be ordering many, just call it in. I know this tip can work for any resturant or location in general, but with this staff if you call it in they will prioritize you and your order. It’s a good thing!

This is by far the best one in San Jose. Crazy bread is always fresh and the pizza is good compared to other little caesars.

I have been to many little caesars pizza parlors and many have dried or undercooked crazy bread or nasty pizzas and slow service. Not here! Fresh and soft crazy bread EVERY single time. Delicious pizzas and great customer service. If you need to stop by a little caesars… Let this one be your stop :)

I love hot and ready pizza. My friends and I always get it! The staff is friendly. The deep dish pizza is even better. Bottom Line– Its saves you some money and you get some yummy pizza too!

This is the Little Caesar’s I grew up on. The pizza is not the greatest, but you get what you pay for. If you want to pay a little extra, they actually can make a pretty good pie.
Their staff members are usually super nice or super stoned. Either way, they are really patient and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
I miss the the little «Simon Says» game in the front. I used to win a lot free pizza back in the day thanks to that game.
