McDonald’s

This is the worst mcdonalds ever bad customer service very unfriendly enviorment. When i ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets the lady with brown curly hair who works there only gave me one sauce then said they would charge me 27 cents for another sauce what kind of crap is that. She was very rude about it too. Maybe this isnt the best industry for her to work at, she doesnt seem very customer friendly.

No drive through or play area for kids, even though I feel like their lot is big enough for one or the other. The eating area is a gigantic square with plenty of seating and large windows.
Everyone we spoke to was really nice, the lady who took my order and put it all together seemed rushed and forgot a lot of things – like straws for my drink for example. When I asked for straws she giggled and went «oh yeah!» I thought she came off as really sweet. I think this place is owned and ran by one family? I’m not sure, I might be making this up but I swore I heard a worker call the manager «mama» haha.
Bathroom is outside and you need to ask for a little coin to open the door. I didn’t go to the bathroom but my sister did and she didn’t seem traumatized. Based off of how clean the inside was, I’m assuming the bathroom couldn’t have been too bad.
Our nuggets were over cooked but everything else was fresh and made right to my order.

The food was below average and what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I will only eat here if I have too.
Service was good, but still doesn’t make up for the food being below average.

This McDonald’s is really crappy. I ordered a Big Mac. The service was the use but I think the way they prepare it is terrible.
They should use healthier ingratiates. Not only could they help with their customers health they could set a trend. I think every restaurant that is successful as McDonald’s should offer good food.

No drive-​thru?! Egads!
It’s a McDonald’s, so you know what to expect for the most part. This is a dine-​in ONLY Mickey D’s though, so I guess that means the atmosphere is a little more… refried – I mean, refined!
The art on the walls is hilarious and you can pretend to look at it when you’re actually people-​watching. The fries are usually really fresh here which is always a treat, and I’ve never seen it messy or had bad service.

Best McDonald’s experience we have ever had! I am guessing the other reviews are older? Everything was super clean and everyone was very friendly. One of the employees walked around with extra straws and napkins in her apron. She also held the door open for customers coming and going. The bathrooms were very clean! Thank you, McDonald’s!

If I could give this store a 0 stats, I would. Horrible customer service, filthy overall restaurant and when asked to restock the restroom the manager looked at me like I was crazy. Then asked if I would like some napkins. One of the worst McDonald’s ever.

I am only writing this review to warn you not to come here. They NEVER get the order right, and today I bit into my hamburger to find a CAKE of salt and pepper stuck to the meat… blarg!
There’s a drive thru, much nicer one, up on bascom, a new one on union over by the lunardi’s, and a nice one up on prospect and lawrence. if you CAN get to another one go there, otherwise pick different walking distance fast food.
Seriously, they don’t care about getting the order right or edible here. you are throwing your money away. There’s 10 other restaurants in walking distance. and three or four other mcdonalds’ in biking/​car distance. You can do better.

I really don’t know how you can mess up «an egg white delight with an extra egg white please»
How do i always end up with two sandwiches and a $ 12 dollar breakfast?! If it happens just once I understand, just a goof up but 4 times after I repeat «an extra egg white. Not a sandwich»
Fail. Total fail.

I’m giving this McDonnells two stars only because they keep the eating area clean the french fries were cold the burger was cold but the service was good

One of the worst McDonald’s. This one doesn’t have a drive thru. Went on the weekend to pick up a few items for people I was hanging out with and got a large order of McNuggets.
No sauce, no big deal, run back inside and asked for it and they hand me over one packet. 40 McNugget and 1 sauce WTH! Asked for more and she gave me a dirty look like it’s my fault.
This happened more than once, the workers have attitude issues.

One of the more ghetto McDonald’s that I’ve been to. No soda machine and no bathroom. Staff was polite and the food was decent (for McDonald’s), but the manager kicked us out ten minutes after they had closed while we were still eating.

Went there the other morning for Egg McMuffin, after waiting in line, when I order as she was ringing it up, she told me were out of eggs. I cancelled my order, but she thought it would be no problem. but that is key ingredient, if they were out they should put sign on counter or door, hate to wait in line for something so basic they should have

I wanted to try out fish mcbites took a bit longer but the lady was very nice and
threw in a couple free pies for the wait very nice. thanks and again the only reason I give only three stars is the customers not the staff.

the manager at this McDonald’s is all kinds of rude. she gets an attitude when i ask for jelly to go along with my breakfast sandwich or ice in my orange juice. if i ask for grape jelly, she will give me strawberry. she rolls her eyes at me as if i am causing her a burden. WTH? i go in the morning before work to get breakfast which means it is WAY too early to be dealing with attitudes for no reason!

I don’t usually write reviews about fast food places but the McDonald’s here on Winchester deserves some comments.
This is in a hood. The neighborhood just behind it is known for thievery, stabbings and single moms with unruly children ET so sadly the place is forced to cater to such, daily. The other day I went in to get a small burger to go cheating on my diet. A 15 or so year old kid cuts me off with his bike, rides it inside a cruises himself over to a table second from the corner. He proceeds to pull out a bag of potato chips and a package of Oreo cookies out of his pocket and casually sprawl himself with now jacket off at the table where he parked his bicycle and spread his legs out for slouching comfort and have at it with his snacks devoid if even a thought to purchasing anything. I was surprised and told the 35 year old looking female server that when I was that boy’s age you’d be booted out for all that! She looked and shrugged and said;” oh well” and waited for me to order something! Amazing, that and all the December repave and re-​curve building work here I was kind if surprised… at first! I checked off the Drive Thru* box below even though there is No drive threw here! :”) Bicycles Only!

Hey its in a tough neighborhood but the service I get here has never been bad. They give me my order in under 5 min. :) They could use some remodeling.

Fast service. Got my smoothie in 3 min. At other McDonalds it had taken closer to 10 min to get my smoothie.
No drive thru here though.

Lieutenant Sulu, warp seven out of this neighborhood.
Went in and saw a couple policemen taking reports from people who witnessed a woman mugged INSIDE the restaurant.
Got my chicken whatever and left as soon as I could. No more explanation needed. I’m sure they have remarkable 5-​star employees and food. I won’t know.

I’ve never stumbled upon a Mickey D’s that did not have a drive-​thru window, until now – not to mention that the restrooms were located outside the dining area towards the side of the building. Talk about old school! Bad enough the manager lacked customer service and the iced-​coffee had that strong tap water taste! Yuck! Go somewhere else for your Mickey D’s fix!

Wow, I can’t believe that this location got such low ratings by so many people! I normally don’t go to this one. I tend to favor the drive-​thru places as I don’t like to get out of my car when the weather is too hot or too cold. Anyways, I never had a problem here and came here today just to see if they have the new Angus Beef burger out. I saw a commercial and some ads for it the other day so wasn’t sure. This one does have it, yay!
Finally! It was only available in S. Ca. for a long time. For those of you who haven’t tried one yet, it’s delicious and only $ 3.99! It’s made with real Angus beef and is a very high quality burger. It’s better than most restaurant burgers IMHO. I kid you not!
There are three kinds, my favorite is the the bacon cheeseburger that comes with red onions, ketchup, mustard, bacon, and pickles. The second one is the mushroom Swiss burger. The third is the Deluxe burger which comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayo I think.
It’s only available in certain locations. I checked out their site and they didn’t specify where. My best guess it’s served at any main street location or anywhere near a big shopping center. If you like big juicy burgers, you’ll love their new ¹⁄₃ pound Angus beef burger!

No drive thru.
My husband and I don’t visit a McDonalds unless they have a drive thru. Call us lazy, but it’s extremely painful to park your car and actually walk into the restaurant even if the drive thru line is 7 cars long (and you’re only ordering a coffee). I don’t know why, but It kills the experience.
Even though the Winchester location is closer to our house, we’ll drive the extra couple of miles to the Prospect McDonalds which has a drive thru.

Workers are friendly in the morning. But, where’s the drive-​thru?

I don’t speak Spanish, so getting food was a bit of a problem.
Luckily I do know a few phrases that are the same in any language such as Big Mac, fries, Diet Coke and Thank You.

Not the best location. Food is… McDonald’s quality… so you know what it’s like.
