Pizza quality is top notch!!! Very friendly staff and manager. i read the reviews and at first was taking a chance, have since been back 7 times. Free drinks for the kids, video games (ask to turn on), football and beer… unsure whats wrong with all the silicon valley haters on Unilocal.5 stars here, the rest of you keep that pinky high…

LOVE this Mountain mikes! Our pizzas have always come out perfectly! The ingredients are so fresh and yummy! The salad bar is small but it has great options still! I was so impressed with the staff here EVERYONE was so polite and had smile. They have video games and toy vending machines for the kids AND they give kids free drinks! Mine are small so I’m not sure at what age they start charging… Anyways we won’t be getting pizza anywhere else anymore!

We went to Mountain Mike’s Pizza to try their dinner buffet. We decided to enquire about what is included in buffet and then decide as this was our first time ever at Mountain Mike’s. When we entered we saw no buffet. We asked the cashier lady if they have buffet. She didn’t know so she fetched her manager and the manager said yeah we have buffet but we don’t make pizza until enough number of customers show up. Then before we ask about anything else she told her staff to bake one pizza. And then she told us total bill which was ~25% more than advertised rate. So my husband asked about price and she said a few dollars more than what they advertised (or even what her staff had told us on phone). Anyway we decided to eat there which was clearly a mistake.
The salad bar is a joke — the saddest looking salad I have ever seen, Garlic bread were hard and barely warm, and then last came pizza (one pizza which ruins the whole purpose of word «buffet») which was dry and tasteless.
Spend your money at sweet tomatoes or fresh choice. This was our last visit to at least this particular location.

Despite the low rating we went ahead an booked the place for a team party this weekend. I do not believe that the place deserves such a smackdown. The pizza was nothing to write home about, but it came out fast and hot, the pitchers of beer and soda came out fast and were cold and delicious. The owners were hardworking and friendly, and dealt with a large loud group crowding their probably usually quiet pizza restaurant very efficiently and well.

I try to support local business and I used to always go to Mountain Mike’s in Santa Teresa but I am finally done with them. I get its a mom and pop business but the place is always unkept and owners show little pride in their business. I have always let that slide but tonight is the last night I go there. My family was tired and hungry and looking forward to a pizza. The place as usual was empty save for a family that was celebrating. The wait time was unusually long and when the pizza finally came out almost after an hour wait, it was wrong. Then something even worse happened, the pizza guy realized that it was not our pizza but was the pizza of a couple that arrived 15 minutes after us which meant that they entirely forgot about our order. What was even worse was that the owner lied to me saying that the kitchen was busy. If that was the case, why did the couple after us get their pizza first? The owner hastily put a pizza in the oven and didn’t have the normal toppings it would have and was even undercooked. I then realized why this place is so empty. I suggest future diners find a pizza place where their owners take pride in their business and actually care for long time loyal customers. Mountain Mikes on Santa Teresa neither deserves your loyalty much less your business. Very disappointed.

One star… and I’m being generous. Ordered the pizza for delivery at 5:10 pm (after being on hold. or rather the phone laid down) for 5 mins. Lady said 45mins to 1hr…6:40 pm… called MM said on its way… looked out the window and the driver is walking down the street (away from our house) pizza in hand. Hubby went out to get him. Driver never said a word… handed us the cold and burnt pizza… last time for this place… back to Round Table or Papa Murphy’s for Take and bake! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

My husband and I and my son and two grandchildren went to eat the buffet on Wednesday and when we arrived at 5:10 there was no pizza out and the salad bar was not stocked up just scraps of lettuce that looked old! We ordered the buffet and I ordered two pitchers of soda and my order came out to 55.00. The lady had changed price several times before she came up with the amount. When pizzas came out there was only two different kinds and that was it I was not impressed! I noticed a sign in front of me that read. All you can eat pizza, salad, and soda 8.74 plus tax!!! Ok 3 adults and she charged 5.99 each for my two grandchildren and at the time I ordered didn’t tell me drinks were included and charged me 13.00 dollars for the two pitchers of soda! What a rip off no wonder nobody was there!!! Never going back!!!

So not only did they screw up my order and refuse to make it right. They also wouldn’t accept my mountain Mike’s gift card. Said «we dont have the right machine for that» WTF?!! So glad round table is right across the street

I had actually boycotted Mountain Mike’s for the last several years due to the terrible service I had started to receive at the Blossom Hill location. I had a coupon to use and some hungry people to feed, so I decided to give the Santa Theresa location a chance.
I came in at around 8pm to pickup my order and the place was completely empty. That is scary since every pizza parlor I’ve ever entered (especially in a busy intersection like Cottle and Santa Theresa) has at least somebody in there. It was actually very depressing looking. Like a place that will eventually go out of business but the owners don’t know when or how to cut the cord. Anyways, I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my pizza even though I arrived at my estimated time. Keep in mind I was still the only customer. The lady at the counter was nice though, I will certainly give a thumbs up for that.
Even with the coupon, I was still charged $ 34 for the two pizzas, which seemed unusually high but after seeing other people’s comments I can see how they might nickle and dime you (such as the $ 1 per box charge for takeout). Seriously? How else are you supposed to take the pizza out?
I got the pizzas and it seemed that the pizzas had shrunk since the last time I ordered from Mountain Mikes. They were definitely smaller than an large but a little too big for medium. Certainly not worth $ 34. I cringe to think what full price would be.
The taste was good, actually not a bad pizza at all, just smaller than I remember. Certainly a dwarf compared to a Costco pizza.
I might try another location just as a quality check. Will certainly think twice before coming back to try again.

This mountain mikes is garbage. I ordered a special that they offer and just because I didn’t state my knowledge of the special existing they tried to charge me full price. Super scandalous business owner. On top of that my order took 50 minutes and I didn’t get the pizza until 10:10 pm. That’s after they close. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

VERY disappointed in the customer service and estimated delivery time. I placed an order over the phone and they told me 45 minutes until the pizzas would be delivered. Awesome no problem. But after an HOUR and I heard nothing from them and my pizzas still hasn’t arrived, I placed a phone call to see if they maybe needed some cross streets since I hadn’t heard anything, and the employee told me that they still hadn’t left yet and to add another 15 minutes into the wait time. It has now been an hour and twenty minutes and I don’t have any pizzas. They REALLY a need to update their estimated delivery time and follow up with customers. Especially when it has been past an hour and I live 2 miles from the location.

I don’t like how how the service they give you. I don’t know if she is the owner or what she give you no kind of customer service. I have call to place an order then she did not place the order, what kind of business you running??? I hope they shut down this store cause they should not be open or giving anyone this kind of service. This lady who she is need to get fired has no kind of respect to anyone…

This is the worst M. M i have been to. Pizza is sub par, and the staff act like there doing you a favor by taking your order. Last time i come here. Gives the brand a bad name.

Called and placed order and gave our address manager didn’t say anything about a problem delivering here. Over an hour later received a call saying they wouldn’t deliver. Starving and pissed off I spoke with the driver and he said he wouldn’t come even though we had waited over an hour. Terrible customer service. Then I spoke with manager Shelly and almost begged to deliver to us — because you know the pizza was already made but all she could say was «I refunded the order on your credit card we will not deliver to your address» did I mention we gave her our address when we ordered???

If I could I would give none this place is horrible we came here to a no AC, no men’s bathroom, old TVs and no volume when we were trying to watch the World Series Finally we left cuz it started getting stuffy and I had to use the bathroom and there was 20 people waiting worst experience ever never again

The pizza at this location is better than the other M.M. Locations I’ve tried. However, they need better delivery people. The one we had left saying we weren’t home. They sent him back. He was calling «hello» from our easy to open front gate and didn’t call my phone. He said he knocked on our door the first time (which was unlikely). I asked if he used the doorbell and he said «I don’t know.» Seriously?! Of course our pizza was cold.

Using a coupon that i bought for a fundraiser I called in an order for two pizzas and asked to be heavy on the sauce. They wanted to charge me two dollars extra, I asked if they put a reasonable amout of sauce on their pizzas and she said it wouldn’t be a pizza without sauce, and I agree. So i opted out of the extra sauce and she said don’t call back and complain if I don’t like it. The idea of these coupons is to win over new business for them, and I don’t think they understand that. Drive up the street to Bibos or roundtable.

Worst pizzeria ever ten years ago this place had taste now it’s just an old shell of itself. The staff for the majority of the time are rude and if you are not careful you will get overcharged. Dominos Pizza which I used to dislike now makes a better pizza than mountain mikes. A pan pizza from Dominos has way better taste. The only thing at has remotely any taste at Mountain Mikes are the sodas and even they tastes horrible. Just imagine how bad the cleanliness is if the fountain drinks taste bad because if unclean cups.

First of all, I have to start off with GLUTEN FREE crust! Both me and my daughter are on a gluten and dairy free diet and boy were we happy to see that they offered GF crust there for when we went there for my son’s celebratory football pizza lunch there.
It is located next to a BBQ place which is also really awesome and they have a lot of parking.
When you first walk in, the order counter is right in front of you with a super small salad bar off to the right. On the left side are a handful of booths to sit in and a lot of tables and benches in the center of the restaurant. There is a little corner of video games for the kids to play.
The ordering was a little slow and I don’t know if its because their system was down or if that’s how they take orders, but the guy writes every order in a book, then rings it up on the register. Then when you get your pizza it appears to be one of the cookers in the back that come out and give you your pizza. We are not given a number or anything so I guess the guy has to memorize who ordered what.
But I have no complaints at all. Me and my daughter’s pizza’s were actually very good. The crust was very crisp and thing and the toppings were good. My son enjoyed his cheese pizza also!

Came here to get some pizza. The bill was higher than expected, and we found out that customers get charged an additional 50 cents per box.
We ordered 2 large pizzas, so we got charged an extra dollar. This was my first time getting charged for a pizza box. This seem very odd to me.
Anyway, just wanted to let other customers to be aware of this extra charge.
