Phan Chiropractic

This is long over due review for Phan Chiropractic, but if I could save a trip for someone, it will be worth my time.
I got into a major car accident in March 2013 and decided to go see Dr. Phan. My symptoms included back pain, neck injuries, and whiplash, swollen hand from air bag being deployed. I went into his office the day of the accident to get checked. Upon getting my treatment on my first day, he did not take pictures of my injuries. Few weeks later, my lawyer asked for pictures of my injuries from him to put in my case, but of course, he had not done so yet. When I came back for treatment that week, he asked to take pictures of my swollen hand, but it was a lot better now compared to the very first visit. When he took pictures of my hand, he did not include my face or anything that would distinguish me from just anyone’s hand. Due to this mistake on his part, had made it much more difficult for my lawyer to win my case. I believe that Dr. Phan should have known what to do. As I entered the door and became his patient, I trusted him to examine me fully and to provide my lawyer with substantial evidence of my injuries, in order to help my lawyer win my case. Obviously, that wasn’t the case here.
Another thing that infuriates me was during treatment he was so focused on my swollen hands to focus anywhere else. He told me to get my hand x-​ray to make sure it was not fracture, but did not think to ask for neck x-​ray even though I told him about my pain around my neck. He made neck adjustments even before understanding how my neck is after the accident. Unfortunately, I had to move away for school few months after the accident, so my case was closed after being examined for a few months. But since the accident, I have been experiencing neck problems and symptoms that came from my neck injuries, so much that I am currently seeing another chiropractor in Maryland. I had an x-​ray of my neck done (requested by the doctor on my first visit), and was told I have a reversed cervical spine due to whiplash. I believe if Dr. Phan had taken the time to see the big picture of my accident back in 2013, rather than focusing just on my hand, I might have avoided injuries that I have now.
Stay away from this practice if you want proper care and treatment.

I wish I could give this clinic 0 star. This doctor shouldn’t be a doctor. I don’t think we should call him doctor. He always put money first before patients. Once time I was planning to do the detoxic body which they call weight loss program and to flush out your toxic. We were trying to try the product but we told them give us a day to think after the consultation if I want to try their products such as solution 4. However, they processed the order and charged me $ 1200 for their stupid product without telling me. I was so stupid to let them set up an account there. I called and one of the staff said they can’t do anything and can’t cancel the order. I was like what the fuck (excuse my language) without my consent they charged on my credit card. I called many times and the doctor said he will not refund the money. I keep calling and one of his staff said the doctor will not refund my money because he is short on money to pay office rent due to betting on football. Yeah if you have no money to pay rent. Close the fucking office instead stealing money from someone. Trust me I have seen many patients complain about him. One of the patient complain about one of his doctor– partner injured patient after the adjustments. Be careful and watch out for this office.

I have been in pain for the last year, lower back an neck, compressed disks. I have had 2 sessions and have 8 to go and this is the first time in a year that I am 95% pain free, If you have back or neck pain I really suggest you see these people… Non Surgical pain relief.

I was introduced to Dr. Phan by a close friend of mine after I had a major accident. I was rear ended by a Honda Civic sedan, and from that incident I suffered severe whiplash, a broken left hand, and a lot of pain in my chest. I am an athlete, so you can imagine how devastating these injuries were to me.
Before I mention how amazing his treatments were for my injuries, I have to emphasize how friendly his staff was. Every time I was at his office, I felt welcome and relaxed as if I was at home.
Now on to the treatments: I was treated for approximately 8 months (3 times a week). I do not want to go into the details of the treatments he provided, but I can certainly say that every time I walked out of his office, I felt stronger, lighter, and one step closer to a full recovery. I was doubtful at the time of the first treatment that I would not be my same self, but Dr. Phan has not only allowed me to make a full recovery, but exceed my physical capabilities.
Dr. Phan is truly an excellent chiropractor.

I highly recommend Dr. Phan. Dr. Phan is truly a compassionate doctor that can be rivaled to none. Truly possessing a deep passion for his work, Dr. Phan aims to help his patients as best as he possibly can; something most doctors today lack. And to show exactly his dedication to his work, he still continues to expand his knowledge by attending seminars so that he can provide the best service and latest technique possible for his patients. Passionate and sincere are only minor words I can use to describe him. Dr. Phan is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had and I can’t recommend him enough for how great and helpful his work has been in my life.
