This is our second time at Rubensteins –bathroom first & now kitchen. What a wonderful experience with the knowledgable staff. Robert is very patient and will answer your questions, even if they are dumb. Good prices, too!

Amanda and Robert are just amazing! They provide you with a lot of time and understanding. No pressure at all and both are very knowledgable. Pricing is good and if something goes wrong, they will get it fixed! They also know that you have a budget — tell them what it is and they will make it happen. Don’t buy on line!!! What for, you can’t return it nor do the people selling the product to you understand the product line. Be smart — go to them, they will help. And if you get confused, have them pick out your fixtures, they have great taste. :)

Robert was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when I visited the store on Dec. 2^nd. He immediately greeted me upon my arrival (and not in a pushy way, but in a very friendly, inviting way). I told him I was looking for a kitchen faucet for our remodel, and he showed me several options, with me walking out the door with my new purchase. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a beautiful showroom, with lots of options to choose from.

Great place to shop for bath fixtures! They have an area over a trough where they can actually hook up different faucets, shower heads, etc. and actually turn them on so you see the water flow-​very helpful!

Robert at Rubenstein Supply saved my sanity during our remodel! He is funny, patient and has great advice. If you’re considering construction, the Rubenstein Showroom is definitely worth your time. In addition to displays of faucets, tubs, sinks, etc., they have two beautiful real functioning bathrooms where you can test drive the showers and washlets! Their separate display of functioning shower heads was helpful too.
Service at Rubenstein was superior. Their prices are very competitive and for fixtures it’s really helpful to see products in person and talk to someone live vs online. Robert ensured that we had everything we needed and Rubenstein delivered on time. Rubenstein is local and they have a huge warehouse. For me, it meant quick delivery, no down-​time in construction plus supporting a local business. A bonus is that the sales people are not on commission. Highly recommend!

Believe me. Don’t buy anything from this store. They don’t know what is the service and promise. Keep changing their words and didn’t respect the customer. The worse sale person is what I never saw in the world. Not helpful and so rude. I almost tried to find BBB to help me to handle my order.

Great store with very good selection and the staff are very helpful. I also compared their prices to other stores and amazon and they have been consistently cheaper than others and close to Amazon prices if not equal.

These guys have all I need for jobs I do. From John Guest fittings to all types of reducer’s.

I’ll keep this short and to the point. I was in the market for three new Toto Carlyle II toilets. They were $ 715 each at Pacific Sales ($ 974 list price). Checked online to see who else locally carried Toto. Rubenstein Supply was not far from work so I drove over one afternoon. Poked around the showroom for a few minutes and was asked if I needed any help. I said I was looking for three Toto Carlyle II toilets and was quoted an exceptional price (equal to the lowest I could find anywhere, including online, and over $ 400 less than Pacific Sales) and was told delivery was no additional charge. A couple days later I called to schedule delivery for the following day, and the toilets were delivered into the house, next to each bathroom. Toilets are now installed and not only function perfectly, they are porcelain works of art.
Bottom line:
1) Exceptional prices on items from top-​line mfgrs
2) Items are stocked and available for immediate delivery
3) Free delivery and exceptional customer service
How can you rate than anything other than five stars?

Charging $ 25 for getting free replacement parts from manufacturing. People are nice though.

Nice people and I got exactly what I needed without hassle. I had to buy a utility sink for my garage. The Unilocal deal made it sweeter. Overall, a great experience.

Worst counter service ever. Please save a trip and not shop here! The man was so rude I had to leave. Not leaving without letting him now what was on my mind. Never in my life has someone treated me with so little respect. Worst experience of my life. One star cause I had too. Manager did not even offer to help me while I was on the phone with him moments later complaining about my experience. Don’t waist your time.

I have purchased items at Rubenstein before and the prices were always fair. In addition, I liked the idea of giving my money to local businesses. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The employee behind the counter saw what I had in my hand and immediately knew the brand and part I needed.
Recently I purchased a Delta shower cartridge from them for $ 54, and later checked to find it available at Home Depot for $ 40, and Amazon for $ 40 shipping included. I wish I could get a refund, but with the gas and 20% restocking fee, it would not be worth it. Well played Mr. Rubenstein… well played. I would still go to Rubensteins. But my advice to others is to check prices elsewhere before buying at Rubenstein.

I needed parts for my 25 year old Pfister shower and received great service from a gentleman name Kevin behind the counter. He took the time to explain all the price differences in various finishes. Everyone seemed polite and friendly, and I got everything I needed at same or better price than Amazon. Highly recommend these guys, they have a lot of speciality tools etc. as well.

I worked for Rubenstein Supply for 5 years. They are an amazing company. Pete Plantinga is amazing in his customer/​client skills and knowledge in the plumbing industry. Andrew Farrar (the big guy) was so awesome to work with and is extremely helpful with just about everything. Grant Garber, the outside sales guy, is such a great guy. They are all so fun and helpful. I miss them all so much!
Rubenstein Supply offers so much to their customers. They have access to a wide range of special products from many manufactures. The company all around has great product, great pricing, and great people on their staff.

Sooo nice and helpful! We brought in one random piece of our faucet and they had the exact same one for us to replace. It saved us a ton of money by them carrying such a variety of parts! We are thankful for you and how nice you were!

For the reviewer Steve C. you should know that the products you get at Home Depot may look the same, but the manufacturers cut some corners to make the product cheaper.

Way overpriced, my plumber purchased a faucet from these guys, and they charged $ 286.55 + $ 30 shipping for a total of $ 345.84 with tax
I then proceeded to price the same faucet at Home Depot and it came to $ 194 shipping included. That’s over a $ 150 dollar price difference folks.
I would recommend going to Home Depot, or pretty much any of the other sites on-​line which offered the faucet at a price similar to Home Depot. These guys are way, way overpriced.
