I walked in at 7:30AM and there was just one other customer browsing in the store. I took my purchases to the register but there was no one there. I saw two young women in the store room stocking shelves and after a minute or so one of them looked up and saw me there. She continued to stock shelves. She glanced up a second time, looking vaguely annoyed that someone was at the register but still did not stop what she was doing. She was close enough to say something to me but clearly did not want to walk over to the register. I left my things on the counter and walked away and she still made no move towards the register and did not say anything to me. I doubt that her employer would rather have her stock shelves than ring up a purchase. If helping a customer annoys her she should not be in a customer service job.

Newsstand opposite of Gate 20 in Terminal B. Owned by Sunset magazine. On the smaller side compared to the Hudson News in airports can carries most of the same stuff — magazines, snacks, water. The service was courteous.
