BEWARE!!! I would like to say that Steve is an honest, upstanding business man but after many phone calls to him regarding my over payment of $ 400.00 I have heard every excuse under the sun. the usual and overused «check is in the mail», my bookkeeper is out of town, etc. etc. Honest, trustworthy and upstanding business practices are not words to describe him. Needless to say still no check. BEWARE!!!

We were looking to have three things accomplished:
1) repair of an uplifted and warped (slate) tile ledge for our outdoor gazebo
2) restoration of a chemically etched emporium natural tile in our master bath shower, ruined with an abrasive cleaning product
3) cleaning and sealing of our patio fire pit tables soiled after years of outdoor use.
The tiled ledge looks terrific after all of the warped tiles and sublayers were removed, re-​installed, and re-​grouted, and then sealed. Steve did a masterful job of fixing the ledge. We are quite pleased with the outcome.
After the original appointment, two items still required a return visit:
The master bath shower — First off, the chemical damage to the emporium tiles had been completely eliminated and was restored to its original luster by Sureshine Services. However, it still needed a proper deep cleaning following the sanding and sealant application, which was done without hesitation nor discussion once Steve reviewed the condition of the shower. His service technician did a thorough job in cleaning up the residue. It now looks wonderful.
One of the patio fire pit tables still showed grime after a cleaning by Sureshine and could not be sealed in the first appointment. Steve and Augustine, returned on a follow up appointment. Steve used a different resurfacing technique and restored the travertine patio fire pit table to its original apprearance, in a way that it has not looked in over 10 years! Steve then applied an «impregnating sealant» to ensure the finish coat would protect our fire pit table for a long time.
In conclusion, Steve is a pleasant business owner who strives to ensure that his customers are truly satisfied with his services and the craftsmanship of his technicians. Appreciated the fact that Steve was punctual for all scheduled estimates and work. Moreover, his back office staff, Paige and Summer, are professional in their communications and in their billing procedures.
We are very satisfied. Definitely a firm I would recommend and use again.

It is rare that you find a service provider who is delightful, a master of his/​her work and reasonable. I was looking for someone to restore my marble shower and 2 stone floors. Walla! Steve came to the rescue and took ownership of the job like it was his own. We were so vey pleased that I would recommend him to anyone
