No star for me but required to have even one star, services like robots, they don’t offer options, other issues, just plain question and answer like services. Like what do you want, ok, now pay, leave. That’s it!

I’m walking though eastridge mall and minding my own business. This chubby asian guy from the t-mobile kiosk yells at me to get my attention. He tries to convince me to drop my AT&T account and join t-mobile. I tell this guy that I’m happy with my current service and the guy starts to get upset and argumentative. Are you kidding me? Ok, I got some time to kill so instead of walking away, I decided to continue the argument with this nut-job. I tell him that years ago I used to have t-mobile and cellular service sucked! We go back and forth for another minute or so. Dude, you need to have a different approach if you want customers to open an account with your company. Based on this experience alone, I would NEVER open an account with t-mobile.

Pablo S. is the man! Here’s a little back-story: About 3(?) months ago, my Fiancée and I were looking into seeing if we could upgrade our phone. We were initially greeted by Pablo S., who graciously looked into our account and saw that yes, we did in fact qualify for an upgrade. My Fiancée upgraded to the Note II, and I told myself«I’m gonna wait for the Galaxy S4…» Next thing you know, «Okay, I’m gonna wait for the Note III…» Now Fast Forward. I went in last week to upgrade my phone, because I was trying to hold off until the Samsung Galaxy Note III came out. Unfortunately, my dying Galaxy S(Yes, the ORIGINAL first generation one) thought otherwise. I came in with the intention of getting a new phone that day, and wanted to see all the options I had. As a small business owner, I wanted to know the perks of having a business line, account, etc. While the options to open a business line seemed very appealing, Pablo outweighed the various options, and I ended up not getting the business perks(for what I was looking for, it was a bit over the top). He showed me Demos, comparisons, and in the end, I ended up taking home the Note II(which was my choice going in). He even went out of the way to contact various local T-Mobile stores to see if they had the exact color I was looking for for the Note II. Customer service all the way! To top it off, he reviewed our plan, found that we were paying just a little bit more than what we needed, and adjusted it to how often we use the phone. I would highly recommend going with Pablo: 1. He won’t pressure you to buy unnecessary gadgets. 2. He’ll look out for you as far as finding the most sensible plan/phone for your day-to-day tasks 3. Patient and willing to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase

My family and I switched over to Tmobile from Verizon.(too pricey). Adam Fearty was GREAT help. My mom doesn’t speak english very well at all and at first we had some troubles with the phone bill but Adam gave us his personal cell number and has corrected every problem right away. He has been great help with directly helping my mom(NOENGLISHSKILLS) with everything. Definitely go to him! GREATCUSTOMERSERVICE100% of the time day and night.

I went in with a broken phone and all the lady did was gave me a number to call customer service. I could had save some time instead of going into the store. She should had helped by calling customer service and trying to solve the issue. Tmobile sucks! I need a new phone company that takes care of their customer.

My husband and I decided to get new phones once our contract with att ended. Shopping around we went to the tmobile store in Eastridge mall. We met Christian who is the greatest phone guy to work with. He answered all our questions, and never made me feel like he was trying to sell me a new car. There was never any pressure to buy from him or tmobile, and I’m shocked because he works on commission and there is a lot of competition in the cell phone business right now. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we were happy with our purchase. We went back about a week later to change our plan and Christian went out of his way to help us save money and still be happy with our phones. I’m really happy we chose tmobile as they seem to be really flexible with their plans and their employees seem to care about what you want. So if you are wanting a change in you’re over priced cell plan, go see Christian at Tmobile.
