If you take your vehicle to San Jose Tire Pros for anything you are in for nothing but trouble. They did $ 3200.00 in work on my van, when I took it back one day later the same employee did not know who I was or what they had done. It was worse after the first trip and even worse after the second visit of course they said it had nothing to do with what they had done. If that was a correct statement then they had not done what they charged me for. Learn from my mistake.

Big on J tires was a true God send to me. They were able to work with me within my budget and blessed me with a new tire and rim. I was stranded and they showed compassion. I even got to talk about the Lord’s love while waiting, which strengthened my faith. (Jesus will always look out for you)

Big J Tires gave me good service ! But what wasn’t so cool Big J Tires was not up front that they are not Big O Tires which if you go into
it will give the parkmoor store big o tires. So Big J tires capitalizes on big o tires brand which is not cool because I went there for the price and that on the
website it said free alignments. They should make sure to be up front.

What can I say… the service and respect I got here is nothing short of amazing. I had an emergency flat and on my way to american tires I look over and see this place. The owner emad greeted me and gave me options and prices. He never pushed anything but cared about my safety on the road. It ended up being ½ the price of what the dealership wanted which was a plus. I think besides saving $ the most amazing part is coming in and seeing that emad is all about Jesus. From the music to the name «big on Jesus)“Now I’m not Christian but u don’t need to be to know that he had your best interest at heart and isn’t here to take ur money. He genuinely cares for every customer and will even pray for you ;) thanks emad for being u and helping ppl out!
