I recently purchased an Aspire Nautilus Mini Tank from them and it started to have problems. I checked the scratch off serial number on Aspire’s website to find its been checked 251 times. This meant the item was not authentic. I contacted them about it and I was directed to another store, Aborn Cigarette Evergreen Pure Water, to talk to Mary. I met with Mary and she told me that she had no idea what I was talking about. She directed any issues i was having to her distributor in China. I looked at other Aspire products that they have and found that they too are not authentic. She didn’t offer me a replacement or refund. Now I’m out $ 35 with this tank. Clones are sold all the time in this market but they are marked «clones». What happened here isn’t right and I hope this helps anyone else that plans to purchase from this retailer.
