California Patio

I was reading the reviews posted by other patrons. In reviewing them I see many good postings and a bad one. The response from the store to the bad posting is totally unprofessional and shows me that why I am not going to this store. I would ask others not to patronize this store as they have no respect for handicapped persons and when confronted with there conduct act like children.

I went to the Lake Forest store and found the selection to be great. The salesman told me about the sale and also told me that they would have a tent sale the following day at the San Juan Capistrano store. I went and the deals were fantastic. 40% off on extremely high end outdoor furniture. They educated me on the different qualities of the Sunbrella material letting me know there were different grades and the cushions. They told me about the 15 year warranty on the chair and the 5 years on the fabric to not fade. I could not have asked for better service. They were helpful without being pushy. I was looking at the same set at another store and it was more than double the price for the same piece. I also looked at Home Depot, Lowes Costco and several other outdoor furniture places. They won my business with the service the quality and the ability to be able to add to the collection down the line. If you want quality and comfort then this is the place to go. I would give them more stars if I could!!,

The store is very well laid out and has a great selection of styles and colors. The service was exceptional and the price was within our budget. We never got a pressure sales pitch but rather had our questions answered thoroughly. When we were ready to make our purchase we got a great deal. Thank you Thomas for your exceptional service!!!

This store uses comes to block off areas for their delivery trucks. But they also block the handicapped space which is illegal. I am handicapped and parked next to truck and security told me I had to move over bc I was blocking handicapped ramp. I told him if their truck wasn’t here I would have been able to park properly in the handicapped spot. Then he also asked some people to not sit on the furniture outside the store! Seriously. And you think those people would ever recommend this store to anyone. I was in need of furniture but will take my business. Elsewhere as they closely do not respect others, especially handicapped.

Best place to buy patio furniture!!! Wonderful selection, knowledgable and friendly staff, We had looked around in other stores before we purchased our patio set at California Patios. It’s the first place we’ll go to next time.

Outstanding selection, prices, quality and service! We’ve been happy with the San Juan Capistrano location for years and when it was time to redo our patio into a full conversation area, they were our go to place and they didn’t disappoint! Don’t waste your time searching anywhere else!

I rarely write reviews, but I was compelled to do so because I was blown away by the exceptional customer service at this location. I recently purchased a Galtech Auto Tilt Umbrella at another store (a well-​known retailer of outdoor furniture in OC) and lost the finial (top piece) during a move. After googling for nearby patio furniture stores, I called this location and was pleasantly surprised by the extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Instead of automatically advising me to spend $ 30 on a special order with 2 – 3 week delivery time to replace the finial (which the staff at the other store did), Anna immediately offered to search their inventory for it. In fact, Oscar was able to find a spare Galtech finial and was so kind as to give it to me free of charge! His generosity made my week!
Then, I’ve found out that California Patio has the lowest prices on Galtech umbrellas, and this location carries a large selection due to its spacious showroom. For example, the price of Galtech 9-​ft. Auto Tilt Umbrellas at this location is $ 54 less than that of the other store where I’ve purchased my umbrella. I should have purchased it here and saved money! I highly recommend this store for all your outdoor furniture.

I shopped everywhere for our new patio set, spending several weeks comparing all our options — ranging from inexpensive sets at Home Depot, Lowes or Walmart, to the sets from Pottery Barn, to sets they sell at the boutique patio outlets. This California Patio location carries almost all of the Mallin Furniture line, which is some great powdered aluminum sets you can see online at the Mallin site. The folks who work there (Pablo helped me several times) were extremely knowledgeable about the product and matched and beat the best price I was able to find in Southern California for the set we wanted. I highly recommend making your way to this store for your furniture!
