I am beyond thrilled with my personal training experience with Zack at Hot Body Fitness. I went in on a health recommendation from my doctor, looking to lose some weight and gain some muscle. I feel that I walked away with that and so much more. I signed up for a 16 session plan and was having 2 sessions per week, so in 2 months I went from wearing a size 18 to a size 12. I’m so much stronger! A third of the way through my sessions I was helping my husband move furniture with no problem(this was something I was completely unable to do before). My balance and posture are much better as well. I think sometimes we forget the practical aspects personal training can have in our lives, not just the aesthetic value of becoming more toned and fit. There is also a personal/mental satisfaction as well. I feel mentally stronger, and it makes me feel good about myself that I’m actually a lot physically stronger than I thought I was. Zack not only provides great accountability and encouragement, but he’s also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and was able to give me a lot of guidance in terms of what to be eating and when. This is no one size fits all plan, everything is really tailored to you, so I would encourage anyone looking for results to give this a try. Also, on a side note, the location is great. The gym is private, clean, and well maintained. I’ve never had an issue with parking: they have their own lot, but there’s also a ton of street parking. They have a great little library in the lobby too with a bunch of books on nutrition and health, as well as a great assortment of high quality supplements to choose from.

I have been training with Kyoung off and on since 2010. When I first came to her I was very unhealthy and unmotivated. Right away Kyoung made me feel at ease with her personable approach and calm demeanor. She took the time to explain her extensive knowledge of physical training and body mechanics. Kyoung tailored my workouts perfectly and in the end I saw amazing results! I recently started training with Kyoung again to help loose the weight I gained during my pregnancy. Once again the results have been outstanding! Since May I have lost over 13 lbs! I have finally regained my strength & energy! Kyoung is highly motivating, focused, and has made real difference in my overall health and sense of well being. The Hot Body Fitness studio is private and well stocked with all the equipment I need to get into shape. I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking to improve their overall health to contact Kyoung at Hot Body Fitness!

I started training with Zack Miller in March 2015. I wanted to get stronger and to lose some weight after many years of inactivity. It was important to be safe and smart about how I went about it and I knew I needed help. Zack put together a custom work out and nutrition program for me. He’s very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and I’ve learned a lot about food and its effects on my health, and interestingly enough on how it affects my moods. I’ve made steady progress — doubled my strength and lost ten pounds! I feel so much better — healthier and happier! I still have a few more pesky pounds I want to lose, but those would be a bonus since I’m already at the weight I’ve been at for 15 years. This is not about fast, temporary results. It’s about making educated choices and a sustainable program. I’m very pleased with my results and I highly recommend Zack & Kyoung Miller!

I’ve been working with Zach for 4 months. He’s an excellent coach pushing you through the reps/sets and very knowledgeable about nutrition. I’ve dropped ~15 pounds during this time, the majority of it has been bodyfat.(From ~18% to my current ~13%). My ultimate goal of the 9−11% bf range is in sight! If you need a trainer to help give that extra push that will help you achieve your goals, Zach is a great motivator!

Zack and Kyoung are both excellent trainers. Kyoung has done a great job supporting me through my journey to health and she is about the sweetest person you will meet. Zack is a great weight loss coach and is very knowledgeable about both nutrition and exercise. They are the most dedicated and inspiring trainers you will ever meet, and they have a beautiful, private fitness studio. If you’re looking for one-on-one time with your trainer, I highly recommend both Zack and Kyoung.

I’m in a weekly program right now, training with Zack to build strength and muscle mass. This is the first time I’ve ever had a personal trainer, and it’s a much different(and more productive) experience than working out alone at the gym. Zack is an expert at assessing your abilities and goals and creating a program that’s just right — not too tough but not too easy. The exercises he’s using are things I’ve never tried before, and I’ve been surprised at how quickly the sessions are showing results — each week I’m seeing definite improvement. So I’d recommend Zack to anyone who wants to see some fast gains in strength and muscle tone, and much better results than you’re likely to get on your own.

Kyoung tailors every workout to challenge you both physically and mentally while ensuring you practice every move safely. So you want to lose weight? Or get fit? Call Zack. Right now. Zack is a fantastic weight loss coach. I’ve lost over 75 pounds in nine months working with him. He is passionate and knowledgeable about health, fitness, and nutrition and he tailors his coaching to meet each individual’s needs. He doesn’t just tell you what to do to get fit; he tells you what to do AND why it works. While the workouts are great, it’s often the knowledge that he shares that is most valuable. In my time with Zack he has revised my training program regularly to keep me on track and to keep things interesting. He has suggested books that have opened my eyes. He has helped me enhance my strength significantly and much faster than I ever imagined possible. Zack’s passion for heath and fitness is obvious. When you’re serious about getting fit, call Zack.
