Dr. Kilcline is amazing! She completely went out of her way to help me in a time of need and I am so appreciative! Becky at the front office was super helpful too! I highly recommend this practice for your skin care needs!

Rude!
I called them because they are listed as one of the only dermatologists in the area that takes CenCal. Apparently, they do NOT actually take it or they do not WANT to take it.
Their website said to send them an e-​mail because their phone was out of order– I did and didn’t hear back. Then I called (they answered) and they said they do not take CenCal. I called CenCal to ask why they were on the list. CenCal said they WERE on the list. So I called again. The receptionist «went to ask her boss» if they took CenCal… and she promptly hung up on me!
Dude! Just do the rational thing and have a recording screen all your calls and have it say up front that you do not like poor people. What sick pleasure do you get by frustrating us?
