Let’s be clear on one thing: if you can make it through the initial appointment setting process – you are a Jedi Warrior! I got on their online site at 7:15am (determined to find a new experience where I could end my long day ahead in blissful relaxation). I danced around the site… how much are there services – I wondered… There seemed to be no answer to this question. So, at 8:00 – I finally called. The female voice on the other end told me she «wasn’t sure» about my questions… but did tell me the additional soak in a tub was $ 30 after the service… and then put me on hold. Five minutes later… I hung up. There are so many great places on the Central Coast that know their rates– and services-​and are skilled in treating potential customers in a positive way. No need to bring your stress level sky high… move on to another business…

This place is beautiful and the ambiance is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I enjoyed the hour massage East Signature with Anna. I had the best massage I’ve ever experienced. Anna spent extra time on my stiff neck and sore shoulders and lower back, I can’t wait to go back to her again! The combination of the massage plus the Yin tea afterward sealed the ultimate bliss I experienced during my time there. I’ll be visiting at least once a month to stay true to my wellness routine.

I love everything about the vibe here.
My first experience was a tour and mini acupuncture session during a chamber of commerce mixer. The atmosphere is so calming, the tea so delicious, and the staff so friendly and welcoming that I had to go back.
My husband surprised me with a gift certificate so I was able to redeem my first massage session for the $ 75 new client special. I LOVE that they use Young Living essential oils because I use them daily at home and feel that they are an important part of all around wellness.
Looking forward to scheduling future sessions here, and would recommend this as a place to go if you need to unplug and get away for a little bit, or as a gift for a stressed out friend or family member.

I got a facial with Claudia, and I loved it! The skincare like used was all holistic handmade herbal skin care, and my skin looked radiant the very next day. She did a really good job of keeping conversation going casually and checking in with my needs. When I asked her for skin care tips, she was very helpful and knowledgable. Definitely one of the best facials I’ve had. Not to mention that the space is so beautiful and calming, and the tea is incredible!

After a week of vigorous excersize and emotional stress, I was in need of a relaxing atmosphere and some good body work. East Wellbeing delivered just that. I recieved an excellent Thai massage from Ryan that worked my quads, lower back and shoulders. After my treatment, I was invited to stay and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and use the meditation room. I found that to be a perfect way to recharge and slowly come back to reality, ready for the rest of the day.

Once you walk in, your energy is lifted. From the beautiful interior to the friendly staff, I would highly recommend East Wellbeing & Tea! I received an EAST single massage, which was different for me in comparison to my deep tissue. Still, it was still very purposeful in relieving my back and neck pain and stress. Focusing on the pressure points almost felt like a deep tissue. I would recommend getting a pot of Tea after your treatment, I really liked the Yin Tea.

I had the opportunity to visit EAST Wellbeing & Tea the week of their grand opening. The eastern décor is beautiful and relaxing. I received one of their special blend Balancing Teas, the Yin Tea as part of my massage treatment. It was incredible!
My treatment was the EAST massage. The masseuse, Anne, did a great job and took extra time on problem areas (neck and upper back).
EAST is a great new spot to go to relax. I felt welcomed by the staff and relaxed after my treatment. It is a great place to go unwind.

Had my very first acupuncture treatment at EAST Wellbeing & Tea! From the moment you walk in the door for a service, you are welcomed with a cup of tea or water. The staff are all very nice and make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I tried the Orange Detox Iced Tea which was perfect for the hot day and tasted amazing!
My acupuncturist was Sarryh and she did a great job explaining to me how the process worked and set my expectations for the treatment. She made sure that I knew to speak up if anything was bothering me or felt uncomfortable.
I highly recommend this new business if you are ever looking for an enjoyable experience with wonderful staff and delicious tea options!
